terrible company. we purchased the items and never open it, and could not get refund. the customer service is very rude. don't recommend anyone to go there.

Extremely poor customer service. Full payment required upfront with no guarantee of timely delivery, and when delivery went bad, no assistance from Metro Wallcovering's people to rectify. They got their money and moved on to their next customer.
