Was told lots of stocked tires. Needed steer tires 11r22.5. Waited an hour for service as they were supposedly on lunch. Then they say oh sorry. Stock tires are in Iroquois. Can you wait another 45 minutes?. Ah...NOT. Btw. Not on lunch. In back shop putting snow tires together.Will not be back here. Total disorganization. Thanks for nothing

On Monday I went and put 4 new tires on my wife’s car. Tuesday and Wednesday I had to put air in because the low pressure light was on. Brought the car back on Thursday and no hassle or debate brought the car back in took all four tires off the rims checked the rims tires valve stems to find nothing until the last tire they found a broken tire pressure sensor and replaced it no charged and re balanced all 4 tires. NO CHARGE. That’s what I call great costumer service and nice to see they back up their product. Will highly recommend them to anyone needing tires or repairs

Save your money and your vehicle! Purchased a full set of tires for our family vehicle. Shortly after a flat was replaced from the new set the tire flew completely off the moving vehicle causing $5000+ in damages. Raised the concern to owner of company in person and he assured us he would assist with the damages. Unfortunately no receipt was given at point of sale because the technician was late for his lunch break. Now after numerous attempts to contact owner, am being completely ignored. Terrible customer service, just plainly rude to put a family in danger and ignore taking responsibility as a business owner.
