Bought a Begode Monster Pro from them and it not only came in perfect condition, but had extra work done on it to ensure I had peace of mind (that my house wouldn't explode after my first ride). They worked to fix issues with sealing, water proofing and even fixed some odd QC problems from the factory. Things I didn't even ask for! Seriously, they went above and beyond and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I would (and will) 100% buy from them again, whether its a new wheel or maintenance or an upgrade. I'm all about supporting local small businesses, and so I'd recommend these guys 10/10 times.

Fantastic online shop with friendly staff. I called in today and got Klod on the phone he told me the euc I was looking for is in stock and was able to answer all the questions I had about it. I went down to test ride and he was very accommodating and let me take one out for a ride. They really got me excited about my new purchase and am looking forward to riding it home. Thank you guys for taking the time you all did with me. Great customer service.

Fantastic integrity and over-the-top service. Toronto EUC has been phenomenally flexible and accommodating with my past orders. I ordered an EXN through him, with extended warranty. When mine was late shipping, he let me buy his personal unit instead. Unfortunately the EXN ultimately wasn’t the best fit for me, but he quickly helped find another buyer for my wheel, above and beyond any professional obligation. Highly recommend!

Great Staff! Very accommodating and answered all my sons questions as he was deciding between the RS and EXN. They even let him try out each one as well as any other model of my choice, which was very kind. He ended up buying the RS High Speed from them and I couldn't be happier about his experience. Highly recommend them for anything to do with EUCs in Toronto.

I am THE worst at birthday gifts for my husband. I wanted to do something special for my husband's birthday so I took a photo of his wheel and sent it to EUC to see if anything could be done to upgrade. They were VERY patient with me and we decided to upgrade the pedals. He was thrilled! These guys are amazing.

Awesome guys to deal with, super friendly and very knowledgable with eucs.They fixed my wheel after it literally fell into a river!Strongly reccomend using their services tk purchase a wheel or have service completed.

The hours said in store shopping but that is not the case. This business is by appointment only. Not a storefront but a private residence. Drove two hours just to find out the above information. Not sure on the quality of the service provided but by my first experience I’m definitely disappointed.
