Two ladies on the cash were super rude. The place is very dirty. The kept trying to sell you incorrect items, not sure if they were confused or blantantly not listening.Terrible service

Not a busy location so you won't wait long. However, the food is subpar! Not the same as other locations. I dont get why they cut corners to be faster when there is no customers waiting. Crustos have sugar dumper on top and nothing sticks to them because they are supposed to be warm and tossed in sugar not simply dumped on. What a waste! So much sugar in the bottom of the bag . I don't know how the owner afforded that kinds wastage.

Friendly staff is always helpful. They grilled the burrito instead of using the microwave, so interesting touch. They were out of stock of the regular hot sauce. Lost one star on the bathroom which was in need of repair. The door knob was barely holding on and the TP dispenser was completely trashed.

I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Was happy to wait for the employees to finish the order before me. Employees forgot part of my meal and quickly solved the problem

Super friendly staff that anticipates your next need. The service at this Taco Time is far greater than you would expect from any fast food chain. The girls here are friendly, courteous, and do a wonderful job preparing the food. The restaurant itself is one of the cleanest I've seen. Keep up the amazing service!!

Preordered the food, not ready, showed the order number. They apparently lost the order and receipt. Had to wait for them to find the receipt and then prepare the food. No discount or special deals offered for their errors

Literally the best TacoTime out there. I take the long way from Medicine Hat to Calgary just to take advantage.

The cashier just now told me to watch my language after I asked for a large chicken burrito. I was very polite as she didn't understand what I was ordering I repeated what was on the menu. She glared at me the entire time she mad my order. Then threatened to play back the security video. Very unimpressed. Poor attitude.

Nice people work there, decent location with lots of parking and the place looks pretty clean. The food though is just okay. It's very bland for what should be Mexican cuisine which tends to have a lot of flavour. Value wise it's not a rip-off but basic tacos should be cheaper.
