I highly recommend buying auto parts from here. The staff is very knowledgeable and are always happy to help you and locate the proper parts for your repair or project eve if isnt something that they carry they will locate it for you. Prices are really good, I will only buy parts from carquest unless its dealer specific parts.

Went in for a custom mix spray can of paint for an out of code Ford colour. They were very helpful, quick and affordable. Saved me from having to order one on-line. Also looked around the shelves while I waited, prices seemed quite reasonable. Will definitely visit this location again!

Very poor staff give a wrong product to customer i ask for the white bulb and the guy over there gave me yellow bulb by just saying it is a white bulb i gone to return whole staff came and started agruing with me so rudely didn’t gave me refund at all very poor bad staff

Dunno why with all the bad review. Called to see if parts i needed were there. Yeah i was on hold for a while but. Realized ehen i got there, there were only 2 people working so they could have been with another customer at that time. Sorry but calling in doesnt trump some one who is physically there :P after the job was done i had extra parts i didnt end up using and returned, no hassles (except i made the box a little dirty....oops :D) Overall, if you know what you need, they're pretty quick and helpful. Will return

They are extremely helpful in getting product you need. I needed 30” wipers for my RV and they found them for next day Pickup. Friendly and competent service. My new parts place for sure!

Horrible place and really poor customer service. I bought a apart and for return the old part charge me some money. when i was wondering why don't pay me back the taxes for that. another person said tell he don't argue for small amounts of money and a lady I think she was the manager she said go bring the part back like brand new. they are so rude and they don't know how to explain they're customers as professional. I'm not recommending this place.

As a senior I enjoy no hassle buying and if online don't make up cart with stuff I don't need and just put a button to order!So when my 2010 Chev Cobalt I bought new needed a another battery after 12 years of ownership I bought from this store misc items in past and was impressed with friendliness and not trying to upsell with products not needed.Being a former athlete I could have asked company to give me a ride back to house that I know they'll do but my inflated ego got the best and I walked back down a snowbound road stopping every so often when grip gave up holding battery.Nevertheless all is well installed battery and brought back old one for an immediate credit.Also it's nice to see a woman in store in a male dominated business.

Ordered a part on Sunday and was told it would arrive in 2 days. Went in around noon today to see if it had arrived and was told it had not arrived. I was told the next delivery was at 3:00 pm so I asked to make sure it would arrive then. They couldn't give me any info. They had my number but I had to call them a little after 3 and was told it didn't arrive and could not give me any info if the part was ever ordered. I ordered it from carquest cause they were close to $30 less than their competitor who had a one day delivery. I ordered one from their competitor and it will be here tomorrow am. If carquest had told me it wouldn't arrive at 3:00 pm I might have been able to get the part today so I can get my car back on the road. It'll be a while before I get anything from carquest.
