My parents come here often but I've never had much time to browse. I went in today and found a great selection of things. I love crystals and this place has a lots of amethyst to look at. The employees knew so much about the products. They not only shared their knowledge, but also experiences related to what I purchased. The staff I spoke with today were so friendly and the environment they created felt very welcoming.

I have been going to The Shiny Company for years to purchase gemstones! I am very grateful for the kindness & excellent customer service from Management & staff! The store is full of such light & splendour. Thank you for your amazing products and heart ❤️ I recommend this store to anyone who values gems & crystals. Thank you!

Worst experience ever. I went in today (oct. 4th 2021) to pick up some crystals BEFORE WORK and I was profiled. I was looking at the necklaces on the table and reading what the crystals were meant to do and I chose two items and went straight to the cash register to PAY for the items I had, I notice once I BARELY left the table one of the sales persons went over and literally started counting the rocks right in front of me as if she thought I was stealing?? Maybe I'm being dramatic but I know if I was white she would've never done something so foul and inappropriate.

The staff and Manager are so amazing. During lockdown, they helped me pick up the best quality and always gave me suggestions and replied even during midnight. Tonya and Wendy just fab people :) I visit this place a lot and now that it is open, my once a week round is fixed ;)

This place is very overpriced! A small (less than one inch wide) heart pendant for $12.95? Seems a little strange considering a much larger one that is just for sitting on a table is $8. I guess they want to make top dollar off their necklaces. Go literally anywhere else. The prices are much more reasonable.

Seems like the owner, or whoever was working the front desk, is just in it for the money. She’s grumpy, unfriendly, and judgemental. Not the kind of person I would imagine owning a metaphysical store ://I felt very rushed and like I was being watched the whole time, I couldn’t feel relaxed while shopping there.There were only about 10 people in the store and it just felt chaotic and stressful.On the bright side, there’s a lot of selection for crystals and other spiritual needs, but it’s overpriced.

I read reviews that customer service was rude but I had the exact opposite experience. The woman who was working today (Sept 3rd, 10am) was super friendly and patient with me as a new crystal owner. She was very helpful with my questions regarding items i wanted to get my sister as well and I left with everything I went for. 10/10 will definitely be going back here. A bit pricey but it's understandable when you look at how beautiful and high quality everything looks. Super cool store and gorgeous pieces!

I went in here today with my one friend, the lady working was kind enough to allow us in before they closed. They have a nice selection of crystals, jewelry, and other metaphysical supplies. The crystal jewelry was a bit overpriced compared to other small businesses I’ve visited that sell the same thing. As soon as I left I told my friend I wanted to go back another day but after learning one worker racially profiles people I’m not sure how I feel about this store anymore.

An amazing store with the most lovely staff. I often visit this store and although my purchases may be small, they are always so friendly! I know ZERO PERCENT about stones or crystals but I do know how I feel as a customer and I always feel so welcome. They have such an amazing selection and the lovely woman who works there always seems to remember me and I feel so special! If ever you need a last minute, unique gift for someone special… this is an amazing spot! Good quality and the literal greatest selection of unique finds. My go-to place when I pop into White oaks Mall! Pardon my french here.. but it’s the best place to get some self care goodies and to self love the sh*t outta yourself!
