Forget booking an appointment online. Worst website ever!! ‘Accession’ .. what a joke…who programmed this nightmare??I’ve had to go in and wait until the receptionist is ready to take her headphones off to book an appointment, as it’s also hard to get through by phone.Doctor and staff are fine, but the website is a frustrating waste of time.

I have been a long time patient but my patience has run out. TERRIBLE SERVICE the last 6 months, nothing to do with COVID. They just never answer the phone, they don't call back with my test results. I have to call them every time and they dont even answer the phone half the time. I have a scheduled call with the doctor and I have been waiting 30 mins for them to call me. I tried calling the office no one answers.

Super unprofessional on the phone. The person picked up and had a full conversation with someone else for at least a minute, I thought maybe they had picked up by accident then I heard hello" as if they were answering their house phone. I asked if it was a medical clinic she responded yes. I then asked if they were able to book me for a certain service she said she would asked & literally put the phone down and started talking to someone then hung up on me. No need to call back

How does an 88 year old patient without an email or cell phone make an appt for a prescription renewal? The phone is never answered and there is no voicemail. We cant even post a question on the website and we cant book an appt without email and cellphone. This doesnt make sense.

Highly corrupt clinic cares more about getting multiple appointments and referrals and bullying their patients and treating themLike crazy people than providing proper care 0/10 would not recommend and this is my family doctor I willNever go to this clinic again in order to avoid supporting them

Excellent service and lovely receptionists. Dr. Wong is a great physician that is empathetic and thorough with all his patients, he tends to run late but it's well worth it for the level of care.

Love my doctor but the receptionist needs to be gone. 2nd time in the row I booked an appointment with him they didn’t even put me in! I had to call the day after my “phone appointment” to ask if I was supposed to be called the day before. And she gave me attitude saying “Friday is good? What is this regarding anyways?” The person wasn’t even honest of their mistake. And there were MANY mistakes done by the receptionist.
