this place should not be in business, ordered some custom screws, supplied material with sample, took them over 3 months to get 15 pieces when the order was 25. Definitely a place to avoid, the quality in machining is even bad. 1 star is the minimum I can give them.

We are exploring a new modular design for our satellite, and we just received the components that we had sent to Affinity Manufacturing for manufacturing.Our modules require interlocking parts with tight tolerances, and the parts we received from Affinity Manufacturing were exactly as specified - the parts fit together perfectly. Additionally, Affinity Manufacturing was able to offer turnkey services, and take care of the anodization for the parts that will be the rails of our satellite, streamlining the production process.As a bonus to the top notch precision, the parts have a phenomenal surface finish showing the care and skill of the talented technicians at Affinity Manufacturing.To top it all off, throughout the whole process, from getting the initial quotes, to revising the components, and finally getting them made, we were greeted with excellent customer service. Absolutely rude person on the phone, just because I didn't have a drawing you raise your voice and tell your to busy help. What type of customer service is this? Shame on you, its people like you that give companies bad names. You lost my business.
