Angelo performed the home inspection on a property i was considering to buy and did a very thorough job. He also explained the results in very detail and took his time during the walkthrough. He answered all my questions and did not make me feel rushed.

Angelo was very thorough. I bought in a seller's market and many inspectors were overwhelmed with work and cutting corners. I have lived here for a year and I really don't think there is anything he has missed!The condo I bought had not been lived in for years, so he was not able to get an accurate moisture reading in the bathroom. He offered to come back in a couple of months to do another moisture reading at no charge. I took him up of this and it helped me identify a leak in my shower behind the tiles. Was very glad I had him back before it developed into a bigger problem.He takes a lot of pride in his work.

I've have the honor of working with Angelo twice and I would highly suggest him.Angello is offers honest, professional and customer service over and beyond what is expected.Not only did he help me negotiate less for my condo, he even suggested an inspection plan that would save me money.He could of earned more and suggested I inspected both the unit and the building. But because he had already done this recently, he was able to confidently skip this step.I would highly suggest him.

We have used Vancouver Home Inspection both times we bought our condo. Angelo is thorough and gives great advice. He is good with details and has found minor issues that the seller had to fix. He is there for the buyer's interests and not merely fulfilling an inspection; thus, I think our realtor actually is a little scared of him! I will definitely use them again!

I had a quick closing date and needed a reliable home inspection. Angelo came highly recommended by my realtor. He was able to get it done quickly. He did a very thorough inspection and it was all highlighted in an e-report that I was able to access easily.

I used Vancouver Home Inspections (Angelo) services a couple of years ago for a single family home inspection on a 40 year old home (~3000sqft).We spoke a few days before and he explained the process to me very clearly.When I arrived at the agreed time, Angelo was already there early checking the outside of the property.We allowed him the time and space to perform the inspection.He was equipped and used all the necessary tools I would have expected (inc. moisture meter where necessary and accessible).He thoroughly inspected the inside and outside of the property and identified several issues that we would have not been able to find ourselves.Once he had completed the inspection, he performed a full walk-through and showed us the minor and major issues. He provided us with a very detailed report a few days later.In the end we decided not to proceed with the purchase of this property due to a number of issues Angelo identified. We then hired Angelo again for a second property and he was able to find no major issues so we went ahead and purchased our new property (2 years on - no major issue). Looking back now, we may have purchased the first property and would have had to deal with many costly issues. Angelo saved us thousands in potential repairs / resolving building design/poor maintenance issues.I cannot recommend Vancouver Home Inspections/Angelo highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends/family.Tip: make sure your sellers clear access for inspection (loft access, electric panels, etc) as this caused us some delay.

Angelo was essential to the purchase of a condo for my mother. Though he was very busy, he took the time to do an inspection immediately so we were prepared when making our bid. The report was thorough, comprehensive and very quickly prepared. He even spent the extra time answering all our questions. I definitely recommend his services!
