Glorious Carpets Corporation

I have recently had my carpets ordered and installed by Glorious Carpets. The owner, Dan, was very courteous, polite and professional. He was so incredibly nice. I had an idea of what I wanted in carpet ahead of time, but when Dan came over and offered some additional suggestions, I went with his suggestion and I absolutely love it! He really knows his carpet! The installers showed up, and were fast and they did a very good job. I was referred to Glorious Carpets by a couple of people I know very well, and I would definitely recommend again. Great experience, great price. I had great follow-up care. I'm 100% satisfied.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.... no show, no apologies, not responsible, not professionnal, the list could be much longer...Zero communication, job postponed 3 weeks in a row, while we were sleeping on the floor.. Comes up with a new excuse everytime....We decided to cancel the transaction, would not give us a refund right away...We would NOT recommend Dan to anyone, we are wondering how he is still in business...

Unprofessional swindlers. Do not use these guys under any circumstances. You've been warned!

Dealing with Glorious Carpets was fantastic! they helped me out after my dog ripped up carpet - Instead of replacing it all they gave suggestions on how to fix just the damaged spot. Honesty and good business is what I think is still present with Glorious carpets! Thanks Guys!

Such a Micky mouse company! I don't know how they stay in business. I went in and ordered the flooring which is good quality and reasonably prices. Allan came and measured the square footage of what I needed. The flooring was delivered and stacked in my garage while I was at work. When I came home, I had to move it all as it was stacked against my motorcycle (mistake??). Then when I installed I read the instructions and found out I needed vapour barrier as it was in a basement, they didn't tell me that at the store when I ordered (mistake??). Then their wasn't enough stair nosing sent (mistake??) then it took 3-4 weeks of calling and going to the store before they got the nosing in the store. Oops another mistake. It was the wrong colour. And the thing that really got me was even though they measured the square footage and sent me the boxes, what I returned had a 20 percent restocking charge on it. Whos fault is it that I have too much product??? I will not ever go back or suggest this place to anyone. Consider yourself warned.
