The service was so fast and I was checked in in no time. Everything was fine with the nurse but the next step being seen by the so called doctor was the worst experience ever. He could not figure out what my problem was and he refused to refer me to do any test. He did not even stay for couple of minutes to hear my concerns and he left the room. Was just waste of time !

Went to the clinic a few minutes before my blood test appointment, waited 5 to 10 minutes max. All was done in less then 5 minutes my a pleasant and professional nurse. Well planned , well done and quick. Excellent experience.

I went here fairly recently and I had very good service from two women (one a nurse and another a doctor I believe). I didn't have to wait long either and there was only one other person waiting. Unfortunately they couldn't fix my problem but they referred me to a specialist.

I was late 10 minutes for an appointment, heavy rain started and traffic slowed down, I came soaking wet to the clinic just 10 minutes late and dr Fernandez refused to see me. This is such disrespect to patients, considering I waited 2 years for this appointment to refuse the patient for 10 min delay. Terrible, terrible service.

Worst clinic ever i experience. I am thyroid patient and I went there for the recommended blood test , I was fasting for 8 hours and I ask them about the blood test and the person at reception was so so rude , it was really bad and I would never ever recommend this clinic to anyone.For an international student it is so hard to deal with such rude people. I even ask them can you help me bcoz I need to get blood test as I have to do fasting again but the lady at reception was really rude.This kind of service I will never ever step in to such clinic worst ever.1 star is also a lot for this kind of worst service.

Everyone was nice and super helpful, until I met the doctor...After reading some of the reviews, I can confirm that the so-called" doctor hates his job or doesn't even care. He told me to go see a podiatrist

Very well organized. Staff are very polite. Increasing difficulty being able to speak in English, my mother tongue, to the nurses. Reception staff are bilingual. Getting harder to get an appointment with my family doctor. I am quite satisfied in general.

Excellent staff at the clinic. They respond well to so many different people with different needs. Staff has always been responsive and polite. Can get very busy in non-Covid times. My family physician is based here. I have always been pleased with the services at Metro Medic.

I’ve been here once, for a minor emergency (booked 36 hours in advance). The reception staff was prompt and helpful. There was a bit of a wait even though there were very few patients in. During the wait however, I noticed how friendly the reception staff with all returning patients, remembering personal details and making them feel valued.Once I got in to see Maria Popovici, she was excellent. She took her time to ask thorough questions, looked at all my photos tracking the issue’s history, then gave me a clear diagnosis and explanation as to how she came to that conclusion, as well as multiple solutions and resources.I had gone to another clinic for the exact same issue, but the doctor barely spent 3 minutes with me, leaving me with all kinds of questions and doubts. At this clinic, I got all the answers I needed, without feeling rushed out.Overall, the service here was far more personal than I’ve experienced at other public clinics, and that goes a long way for me.
