Once Again Bridal Shop

I’ve been in twice just to be nosey and see what they have, the women who work there are so nice and helpful. Just didn’t have the right size/color combo for what I need. But I’ll keep checking in!

I decided to edit my original review of this place. I originally had it at 4 stars but should've waited until I actually picked the dress up to rate it. Everything and everyone up until that day was amazing. They were friendly and helpful. I actually picked the first dress I tried on and I don't regret it. The seamstress Pat was very nice initially and we had several months to get all the fittings and alterations finished. So tell me why then did she wait until the DAY BEFORE I was getting on a plane to fly to Vegas to get married to do the final alterations! I went in at noon and she hadn't even touched it yet needless to say I walked out in tears absolutely terrified that I wouldn't have a dress for my wedding. My husband actually called up there because I was so upset! When I finally picked it up I wasn't very happy with the work, the dress was soiled in a few spots and the different alterations were very noticeable I truly believe that she rushed through just to get it done and my wedding dress paid the price. Such a shame

I had a excellent experience at once again bridal! Both ladies in the shop were so nice and pleasant to work with. I was looking looking to spend a lot- under $600. And WOW I was blown away with the dress they found me! It fits and it’s gorgeous and another plus $350!!! What a steal of a price for a Justin Alexander dress! I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day!! I only need minor alterations on the bottom. I totally recommend this bridal shop!Thank you ladies!!

I had an excellent experience getting my wedding dress here! They were very helpful and able to do alterations in house. Great prices.

I came here looking for my wedding dress. The sales associate opened the doors 10 minutes late and pulled up with Starbucks. Anyways, she didn't help me pick out any dresses or offered to size me/help get the dresses on. I couldn't even ask her questions without her rolling her eyes. I took mt business somewhere else.

We traveled over an hour and it was worth it! My daughter found a brand new wedding dress with tags still on for 1/3 of price! They had a lot of dresses and styles to choose from. Employees were friendly and helpful and not at all pushy like other dress shops.

Lauren was amazing!!!! She was so patient with me and my daughter while shopping for the perfect dress! Must go visit & ask for Lauren!!! She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter felt beautiful!!!!

I went in on a whim just to try a few things on to see what I liked, and what kind of style looked good on me. And I ended up leaving with my wedding dress!! The sales associate ended up pulling a dress for me to try on and that’s the one I bought! Such a great deal. 1/3rd the retail price. I highly recommend this store !!

I purchased my wedding dress here and it was perfect. Reasonably priced and everyone was wonderful. The owner is an amazing woman who will make you feel like a queen on your day by doing all the alterations needed and she is amazing at what she does!
