My wife and I visited this restaurant in October 2017. Service was so poor that my wife sent an email to complain and we were sent a reiimbursement credit in the mail. We went back in Jan. 2018 and experienced the same thing but worse. It took 40 minutes to get our pizza and the waitress forgot the salad which should have been served while we waited. We didn't use the credit. Both visits were at lunch time. Pizza Hut here we come!

Waitress just starting, very polite and pleasant. Kitchen staff slow as molasses. Pizza was tasteless and cold. Coffee arrived 1 hour after cake. We refusd the coffee. Person who seemed most experienced stayed at bar all evening chatting with a group. Showed up when we all (18 pers.party) got up to pay. Finally showed our poor waitress how to proceed with bills. Took 20mins each to settle our bills. Very disorganized in this restaurant. Never again.

I don't know where to start. This was a terrible experience all together. While sitting waiting for our appetizers we notice the hostess refusing all walk-ins saying they're only accepting reservations while the entire restaurant only had 4 tables occupied including us on a Sunday night. Families, couples and groups were all refused entry. When one family was insisting the hostess offered to seat them at the bar. Really lady? You want to seat kids at the bar? Isn't that illegal? They ended up leaving too. Regardless, it took us 25mins to get our appetizers and we still haven't gotten our utensils napkins or even water! When we asked she gave us a dirty look and had a gentleman bring us the necessary. 45 mins later we got our meals. We weren't even hungry at this point. Pizza was cold and my daughters pasta was hard and undercooked. The entire meal not once did our waitress come to see us to ask if we needed something. We had to ask different staff for water and napkins. When it was time for the check she made us wait another 20mins as she was busy" in the back. The staff was all joking and laughing in the back and there was no service being provided to the customers. Sad. Boston Pizza lost several customers that night by the staff refusing to seat them and something's for sure we will never return to this location again."

Extremely slow service for starters. Ordered a pizza which was decent but not excellent. We also got a side Ceasar and chicken Ceasar salad. We had 6 lettuce ends in our meal. I'm typically surprised to even find one! Whoever made our food didn't care at all. Brutal.

Good food, maybe a bit on a pricey side. Excellent service, very accommodating staff. The manager was able to put my bicycle to secure storage for the time I was in, so bicycle-friendly. Thanks a lot!

Came to have some celebratory pizza after my cousin won an award, made reservations earlier in the week. When we arrived the table was not set, took 30 mins to even get water and 2 hours after starting we were still waiting for orders to come out. Overall was a very unpleasant experience that put a damper on an important moment for my cousin. Will never be returning.

I had the MacBurger pizza. Only get that if you think a pizza that tastes like a burger is a good idea. Because it was my birthday at the end of August, I got a chocolate brownie. I don't know if it was includedin the bill. I was in a party of 10.

Right off the bat, the service is awful. Our drinks stayed at the bar for at least 15 min. It arrived literally tap cold at our table. I understand the understaff situation and I don’t have a problem with staff having fun and taking shots at the bar but it felt a little rude when everyone is waiting. Fries were overcooked and the pasta sauce was super liquid for a creamy sauce (even though the pasta were dry). I mean still we liked the food but it wasn’t like the “usual”. Disappointed. Good news is that Montreal won against Ottawa 2-1. Pretty much what I enjoyed the most of my night. I don’t recommend this branch although I like the Boston Pizza chain.

Piza is very ordinary no taste crust and topping is light and far from edged. Spaghetti sauce tastes like canned... I had a great pineapple, beat and goat cheese salad. Beer is also fairly expensive. Waitress was excellent though.
