Forrestdale Kennels

Brian is the absolute best! I started taking my dog Oak over a year ago and I will never go anywhere else. My dog has separation anxiety so leaving him makes me feel really bad, but once we get to Brains and Oakley knows where he is his tail starts to wag. Every time I pick him up his tail wags and he is super happy! Knowing that my baby is getting the best care while I’m away gives me a piece of mind. Thank you for being the best Brian!

I have been taking my dog Blue to Forrestdale for over 5 years and have always had a positive experience. My dog is a naturally nervous dog, and tends to freak out when taken in to places with other animals, however whenever we pull into Brian's driveway Blue gets very excited. As soon as the car stops she is out the door and walking to her kennel (after saying hello to Brian of course). We board our dog regularly with Forrestdale, sometime for a little as one night, and other times for as long as three weeks. Every stay has been a positive experience and we highly recommend the kennel.The price is very reasonable compared to other kennels in the area.

Just wanted to share the wonderful experience we had with Forrestdale kennels. We had some previous bad experiences with other facilities so we were not sure this would be any different. Our fears were put to rest when we first met Brian, the owner of the kennel. He was very courteous and exhibited a high degree of professionalism and knowledge of many breeds of dogs. Our American Eskimo, who typically suffers from separation anxiety, took well to Brian and was very happy during his stay. We look forward to using them again in the future.

I can't say enough about Brian and Forestdale! We have our second Rottie now and originally met Brian years ago with our first Rottweiler, Hurley. After trying other kennels and being disappointed with the service and facilities, we found Forestdale. We will only take Kadie to Brian. He not only knows the breed (as well as other large breeds) but is simply a great wealth of information and wonderful guy! Hurley on the left and Kadie on the right. Our forever loves!

We have trusted Brian with our fur babies for over 13 years (1 yellow lab, 1 chocolate lab, and now 2 border collies). They love going on their “vacations “ to Forrestdale! Both Brian and his son treat my dogs as their own and as a long time client I highly recommend them! We have had to use them on short notice for family emergencies and also for long term (3 months) while we were repairing our home after a flood and they have always been fantastic. Prior to finding Brian we used another kennel and our dog came back to us with “kennel cough “. Brian insists on having the Bordatella vaccine and they have never come home sick which we truly appreciate. They are the best!!

I just picked up my fur baby and can't say enough about this kennel. My dog, now a senior is a frequent kennel visitor and I had zero doubt when dropping him off. Brian is so great. He let me come and visit the kennel to put my mind at ease and I knew as soon as I walked in the door that my dog would be in good hands. This kennel makes you feel right at home. Without a doubt, this will be Rollie's new home away from home.

My 18 month old Lab Moose was so excited to check back into Forrestdale Kennels. As soon as Shay called his name he couldn’t wait to get to her to say hello. Brian and his staff are so professional and knowledgeable and always willing to answers email questions promptly. They eleviated any stress I had about leaving my fur baby in their care. Excellent service and wonderful property. Highly recommend.

We placed our 8 year old Doberman at Forrestdale Kennels at the beginning of December 2019. Initially the stay was for 2 weeks but at the end of that period we found we needed her there an extra week. We emailed Brian and he was more than accommodating on such short notice. And, we can not overstate how amazing the entire experience was, not just for us but for our senior girl as well. They treated her as if she was their own. When we picked her up she was happy, bright and she obviously had developed a special bond with Brian. Brian was quick to respond to our emails and took the time to give us a little update on how she was doing up to that point. It's hard to find caregivers that you trust to care for your pet as you would yourself but we feel extremely lucky to have found this in Brian and Forrestdale Kennels.

I was referred to Forrestdale Kennels by my trusted friend Drew. Bentley my super hyper and loving Hungarian Vizsla loves boarding atForrestdale. Ample space to run and super friendly staff. My daughter's dog is now a regular boarder at Forresdale Kennels as well . We love that we can drop off our dogs and not worry.

We have taken our dogs to Forrestdale for the past nine years. Our dogs are treated well and are always happy and content when we arrive to pick them up. Brian and his team are experienced and responsive to their needs and I would highly recommend the kennel
