The copiers/printers are set to the most expensive defaults for everything. Go through the whole menu to deselect the stuff you don’t want before you press start.

Easy self serve coping station . Well priced .

Something always goes wrong at this location. Service terribly slow. I've resigned myself to driving to a further Staples location to save time.At least the self print area is organized and accessible.

Worst service offering EVER! I came here to have documents scanned to.my email and what I was supplied was a computer to rent with no operator but myself. Why would I bother coming here if I should have just used my phone. Damned waste of time, money and effort.

This was by far the worst experience at a store I've ever had.... and I didn't even go in. The online site for trying to navigate,? F, ... user friendly? F, Then when I tried calling the store.. where I was supposed to pick up the business cards... that was worse... it took me over 30 minutes just to get a person on the phone, just to say that i have to go on line then hung up on me. Then after another 30 minutes dealing with automated service I get some disrespectful punk, telling me that he can't tell me anything about business card printing because it is online and that I can't phone in with any problems that im having, then he hung up. I'm furious

I went to this location for the first time today. Knowledgeable staff, Christian was great! He approached me and pointed me to a printer that would fulfill my needs! It was my first time at the printing services, there was no acknowledgement there....

Worst experience, they reject my payment even though it’s allowed in the store policy

Remember folks: scanning documents is free with your library card.Went here to try to scan documents, saw the absurd, expensive, non-user friendly setup and went to the library instead. Don't make my mistake: go to the library first.Staff is perfectly fine though.
