Have given 5 stars before, but quality has decrease. Also be aware if the owner is the cashier he may try to push some dollars up on your bill, hoping you won't notice! For any type of business transparency and honesty are a must. To the point we just prefer to go few km far for a better service and taste

This is simply, THE BEST, I mean, THE BEST SHAWARMA Place in all of hull Gatineau. Not only is the service amazing and people amazingly pleasant, the food is literally to die for. Do not hesitate, you will not regret it

Called 30 minutes before my pick up time, arrived 34 minutes later and waited almost 30 more minutes for my order to be ready. We ordered 2 family platters for a small group for a wedding. Half our order was missing and then they wouldn’t answer our call when we tried to reach out. Worst part was there was no garlic sauce!!!!! Not only did they lose me as a customer… but everyone else at the party that was disappointed and we all live in aylmer close by. After 3 days nobody is answering the phone and there is no option to leave a message. We were regulars but lately it’s gone down hill… burnt pitas, food is questionable. Sad it was my #1 place, and I have tried all, if not most, in the area. I’ll wait for a while and maybe give it a chance at redemption.. in the meantime I will try to reach out ONE more time. If anything I will update my review to be fair.

Take your money elsewhere... I agree with the last review about how the owner tries to add a couple of bucks without you noticing.Ordered 2 medium sandwiches at 7.99 each +1 small poutine at 7.99, first employee takes out the bread than they switched position to prep the sandwiches. Once the sandwiches were in the bag and paid for, I noticed he charged us for 2 large sandwiches and he said they were large. Measurements show its a medium 10in"

The chicken sandwich is excellent and always fresh condiments. Potatoes and garlic sauce are fabulous. Plenty of other options which I have not tried yet. I'm sure they will be equally delicious.

At first I was hesitant to go until my son had mentioned that they made the best shawarma around !!! So I had to see for myself and boy was my son ever right . Taste , service , ambiance and the sheer politeness of the cook that made my sandwich were all on point !!!! Its hard to be King but now I know why they call themselves the Prince !!!! They carry there name well !!!

We used to like this place, but after today I don't think we will come back. The rice was spoiled, with a terrible taste and a very strong smell. Had to separate the meat so we could at least eat the meat and potatoes.
