The long-time Post Office manager has finally retired. It's a shame because he was such a nice man. The lady who has replaced him is also fantastic. A+ to this branch of Canada Post for finding great staff.

The hidden place with great services

I had a terrible experience and wanted to share how terrible that one staff person is. I arrived there at 5:30. There was about 8 empty parking spots. One staff came out and she said they will tow my car if i kept it there. I said no problem i am just grabbing my pickup order. As i came back to my car i saw the staff and she told me that she called the supervisor to come tow my car. I told her that there was 8 empty spots and its afterhours. She said it was unfair for other people too.. at 5:30? Which staff works after business hours? Sorry but i was a manager at multiple establishments. This was terrible customer service and that staff person has a terrible attitude. I wish her the best in her life as she needs it.
