Travis was reliable and ensured that I understood the product and service that he was providing. My carport looks better than I imagined that it could! Travis and his team were polite and respectful and there was very little dust even after this large job.

Travis did an amazing job on our garage floor. Because we have a storage room directly under the concrete slab, we were concerned about the widening cracks that had formed in the garage floor over the years. Travis sealed them up thoroughly and also did a great job in ensuring that any outer walls were also properly sealed. He then went through a multi-day detailed process installing the new flooring, putting coving around all the walls which really finished it off beautifully. He also found effective ways to deal with some of the anomalies in our garage. He and his crew arrived on time every day and cleaned up before leaving. His work ethic is commendable and he is very client centered. Because my husband is seriously ill, Travis also went the extra mile and helped me out with moving and removal of some of our garage contents which I appreciated greatly. We now have an exceptionally beautiful, clean, non-slip floor which is easy on the feet and the envy of our neighbours. I highly recommend Travis and his company, Prestige Concrete, Grinding and Polishing.

These guys were fantastic. We needed repairs and finishing work done on our new concrete floor, ran into some issues with it and they really went the extra mlle to make the floors look great. They worked on the floor as if it were in their own house - for which are very grateful. Thanks so much!!!

We had Travis and his team remove an old coating on a patio and walkway/steps on a newly acquired property. The patio was quick and easy and looked fantastic as soon as it was done. The walkway and stairs were a nightmare for Travis as the coating was thick and reinforced and it took many extra hours to grind down, plus due to the location they had to do it by hand as they couldn't fit the larger equipment in. The quote needed to be increased to account for some of the extra work, but Travis came back multiple times to make sure the water drainage issues were resolved to our satisfaction. He went above and beyond to get the most cosmetic result and spent hours of his own time to ensure the outcome was something we were all happy with. He could have done things more easily and saved himself time and labour but he insisted on making it as perfect as he could. It turns out the stamped coating was there to correct for an uneven concrete pour, but that was a hindsight discovery. A year later our polished concrete still looks amazing and we would highly recommend Travis and his team! They really do go above and beyond for client satisfaction.

We had a large concrete parking apron that was very badly spalled and chipped around the edges. Travis and his team turned an eyesore into an eye-catching feature of our home. They went the extra mile and also ground down steps and front door landing. Amazing finish. No more chips and nice texture for traction. They cleaned up and left our home with no sign they'd been there, other than an amazingly finished parking/sidewalk area.

These guys were amazing! They did a great job, very professional, completed the job within the timeline. My husband now has a new hideaway thats clean and bright and he likes to spend time there.
