I called Blitz solely based on their Google reviews and they lived up to them. I live in Toronto and didn't know anyone in the area. I had called another reputable" electrical company in Parry Sound. The guy told me their scheduler would get back to me and they never did. I have no idea why some businesses do this to potential customers.Blitz however returned my phone request within 24 hours as their voice mail promised. When they called back I explained my problem and they committed to a date and time to come and assess the problem

We called Blitz to fix the hot water heater. They showed up the next day on time, fixed the water heater, no mess, they were quick and really nice. We could not be happier, and the bill was less than we were expecting. It doesn't get better than that.

Martin was excellent. He was professional, showed up exactly when he said he was and did top quality work. His quote was the lowest of the 4 and was the only person who said he could do exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended (and as a bonus rec I met a random builder in parry sound who said Martin was his favorite electrician to work with).
