If I could I would give this place a .5 rating because of how I felt when I left. I cannot understand why when someone works in the medical field think it’s okay to bring on their own issues from home to the workplace. I was ridiculously appalled by how the women who work there were treating the customers. I came in already checked in and I was never called up properly and told to come. The nurse that helped me did not speak with any volume and was very rude in her actions of how she took my blood. I get my blood taken out more times that a 30 yr old should, so I know when I have someone who is not doing their job in front of me.Please reconsider this place when getting any work done.

Was my best experience having blood work done in a long while (ever?). I usually bruise quite a bit from the needle but Harley has done a perfect job. No bruise at all. She also chatted to me when taking blood work to distract me which was very useful if someone is worried throughout the process. 10/10 would recommend.

Just got my bloodwork done! It’s very fast. Lauren made me feel comfortable and she was chatting with me while doing the blood work so I didn’t even feel the needle! It was a great experience!

Worst customer service; staff is rude; won’t answer your questions; using personal cell phone during phlebotomy. I would not recommend this place at all.

I walked in to get blood work done when there was 25 minutes left until the end of the day. The nurse/receptionist at the desk didn’t even look up at me. She said “we close in 15 minutes and have to many people, we aren’t doing blood work” and that was it. I understand the amount of people, but the attitude was disrespectful. No apologies and a horrible attitude. I am a nurse and would never talk to a patient like that. Absolutely ridiculous.

Don’t give too much credence to the 1-star reviews. People simply don’t like getting these kinds of tests done and are prone to complain. I have gone to this location dozens of times over many years, and they get people through efficiently and I’ve never had an unpleasant interaction with the staff. It’s convenient and well-run.

I’m actually appalled by the group of employees here. I came for a blood test and then was instructed to book an appointment for a lactose test. I was scheduled for an appointment to come in a few days later, take 2 hours of my morning off for the appointment. I come and two baffled employees are telling me that it would have been impossible to book a lactose appointment the Saturday I was here because they need to prepare a drink, there’s no drink, and there’s no log of an appointment. What? No accountability and I went to be hurried along so they could get on with the next patient. I stood my ground saying that’s unacceptable and want to speak to a manager and then they apologized on behalf of her coworkers and gave me the managers number and was actually attentive. She even seemed frustrated and proceeded to give me the managers info.

Staff were not friendly and barely talked to me or gave me instruction. I had never been to this location and am not great with needles.The lady taking my blood was not gentle or friendly. She didn’t say a word to me except “hold it” about the cotton ball and then walked away and never said a word. When I tried to talk to the man at the front desk on the way out, he didn’t even look at me and kept watching YouTube videos on his computer. I work in health care and know the level of compassion you should have with patients. I will never go to this location again. Only plus side was I got in right away because no one else was there and I got my results fast.

Great experience. Quick and easy. Got results online by paying just few bucks for the whole year. Service was super fast because we did online check-in. Parking was on site as well as on the street.
