Best Western Laval-Montreal
Very good hotel right off the highway. The staff was really nice. The room was clean and quiet. Absolutely no complaints and I would definitely book a stay there again.

The location is good and the hotel itself is nice. But my room smelt like clorox and I would rate it is worth for a 3 star hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient location . Breakfast was disappointing, dried hash browns also not my options to choose from. Pool was closed 2 days out of our 3 day stay. Bit disappointing considering we choose this location because of the pool .

Hôtel is not family friendly despite their website claiming otherwise. Accommodations are lacking. No common space to converse, breakfast area is completely closed off outside breakfast timeframes. Common area above pool is not accessible (hotel staff claim it’s structural integrity is in question???) and area adjust to pool is ribboned off. This hotel is not accommodating. It was noted that guests were forced to congregate outside vs inside and on some occasions the staff where caught filming guests. The hotel staff is rude, uninviting and seems to enjoy creating friction with guests. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Rooms were clean and cozy. However the facilities were unavailable : the bar (“engineering” issues) and open concourse (given no apparent reason for it to be roped off). We were a group of parents and kids that could not gather anywhere, other than the parking lot. Front desk was not very patient with children. Avoid unless you want a place to rest your head for a quick overnight stay in your room.

Hotel staff are nice and friendly, we booked this place because it has a swimming pool and breakfast is included.What they don’t have is hot tub… there’s a mini fridge, coffee machine but no kettle and no microwave, there’s one microwave in the hall to use.Gym is not big but good enough, breakfast includes juice, coffee, tea, hot water. Eggs, bacon/sausage, hash browns, boiled egg, yogurt, cereal and some fruit and bakery

We checked in this evening and I had called to ensure we had an accessible room as my wife is in a wheelchair. We were told that they had put us in a accessible room. When we checked in, the bathroom is not at all setup as a handicap bathroom, no bars, etc. When I went to the front desk, the gentleman wasnt sure, and a lady came out. When I said this was not suitable, she didnt seem to care and kept smiling and at one point almost laughed at my request. That definitely perturbed me, the lack of decency or concern. No manager here to discuss this with and after a long drive, we decided we will stay the night and sort it out tomorrow.

I stayed there for the F1 weekend and the hotel is excellent. It is not close to the Downtown or F1 track, If you don´t want to drive and use public transportation instead, you will have to take a bus (walking 10 mins) towards Montmorency Station and then take the metro (around 1 hour total).

Upon checking out, the lady at the front desk was rude and kept talking on the phone while I was trying to ask questions. It was expensive for 2 nights and the deposit won't be returned 5 to 8 days after my stay. I was told when I arrived it would be returned when I checked out. Both employees had different stories on payments. When asked for a receipt for my $300 deposit I was told they don't give one. I've stayed many places and this is the first time I've seen this occur. Hoping my deposit is returned. I will not be returning here due to the staff being too busy on the phone and not taking time to answer questions
