Amazing service! Derek was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and was sympathetic to our concerns. He was honest and made it clear that he wasn't there to rip us off or sell us anything unnecessary. I called, and he made himself immediately available. Even after the consultation, he made it clear that he would be available for questions. Would recommend 100%!

Came back home late from vacation and saw a wasp nest forming on the garage. Emailed early morning and they got back to me in less than an hour and came out that day. Great service, efficient, and professional. Keeping them as my first choice if I ever need this type of service again!

Derrick answered my phone call and within an hour was at my front door. He was polite, honest, reliable, informative, and thorough. Great customer service - insisted on checking every bed in the house before leaving. I was very worried and he helped to put my mind at ease which was well worth the inspection fee! We’ve had the Responders help us with ants a few times. Both Derek (owner) and the other technicians who have attended have been super professional and friendly, stand by the quality of their work, and quick to respond. Their pricing is reasonable, and they have always been on time and respectful of our home/pets. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Derek, the owner. He came to the house three times (usually only needs two visits), and didn't charge extra or complain. Unlike other pest control companies they include in their fees sealing up the exterior of the house, so good value also. Derek was knowledgeable, friendly, and effective. Totally recommend this company.

Derek was quick to respond and was able to treat my house within 48 hours. He explained the process of heat treatment really well and never pressured me into having it done. He explained the different levels of treatments and helped me decide what was best for me. Day of he stayed in touch and let me know how he was progressing. My house was never left unsupervised and I never felt worried.

Derrick was great! Him and his team explained and answered all of my questions with detail. They stood by their guarantee and came back to spray the resilient ants, and recommended other cost effective solutions for some of the other pests near our home (wasps and voles). We usually don't respond with harsh chemicals, but due to increased events outdoors, it was time to react. Responders was easy to get a hold of and book an appointment with.I highly recommend them for your pest control needs!
