I just love this bridge, It's such a lovely place to stop when biking and take a break to look out at the lake.

had better not come. The nearest parking lot is really far. if you walk to here，thats really terrible. There are plenty of bicycles and ash

Blenkinsop Lake Bridge
Beautiful lake, lots of birds. The bridge crosses part of the lake, giving good views of the ducks, geese, and other water birds that frequent the area. The bridge is part of the Lochside Trail, so access is easy for walkers, bikes, wheelchairs, strollers, etc. There is parking at the south end, and the trail is flat and paved from there to the bridge. It can be busy with bikers and joggers at times, especially on weekends.

Blenkinsop Lake Bridge
This is part of the Lochside Trail and it was built to replace the trestle that crossed Blenkinsop Lake. A nice place for a walk.

Blenkinsop Lake Bridge
Nice little hidden nature area just north of the city. Only accessible by walking, though there are a few spots to park about 1.5km away if you are travelling from afar to get here.Great place to spot birds - our most recent trip spotted two bald eagles roaming around and resting in trees, a single swan (where was its partner? and of course, lots of ducks. The lake is very tranquil, but some road noises are still heard from Blankinsop road to the east.
