I bring over 20+ years of customer service experience working in transportation & courier services, yet I was turned down a customer service job here recently. So please be advised that this company isn’t interested in hiring people with experience, and it’s clearly best you go with ANY OTHER COMPANY because they have individuals working here with only minimal customer service experience. Do you want your shipments handled by a new Canadian who’s just learning the ropes, or a company that hires based on solid experience? Not here!

Way cheaper than the conventional couriers. Moreover their customer support service is amazing. Shahina Jaafer was my customer support manager who gave us such a amazing service. Even she helped me by creating my shipping labels during her off time at nearly 11pm during the night considering my tight schedule. She was such an amazing help. Such employees act as brand ambassadors and are such an asset to company.

Terrible serviceWe booked a shipment that was guaranteed pick up Monday and delivery Wednesday... they didn't come, but said Tuesday.... didn't come... its now the guaranteed delivery date and they still haven't even picked up the package.Now I'm sending a person to go grab it and deliver to Air Canada overnight delivery service.eShipper has been a huge waste of time and money, as to now get the parcel in time due to their inability to provide the service we paid for, would have been cheaper and faster for me to pay for an employee to pick drive from Edmonton to Winnipeg and back with a truck.Avoid

Eshipper has been a lifesaver. They have wonderful customer service, are always happy to help and have the best rates. Sabira Kassam has been our go to customer service representative for over two years. Sabira is kind, patient, knowledgeable, intelligent and really amazing at going over what is asked of her. I couldn’t recommend a better representative to handle all your shipping needs. We love eshipper!!!

I have been working now with eShipper for close to 3 years. I use their systems on a daily basis and have never had any issues with the system. When I do have questions or special needs, my customer rep is always available and answers my questions promptly or refers me to people that also answer very promptly. More recently, I had an issue with a shipment that was lost and the team at eshipper worked very hard and were very tenacious in the way they helped me resolve the issue. The team is cordial, patient, and understands what customer service means. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any business. Great Job!

We are a new eShipper client and I'm so happy we've made the switch. Our account Manager, Hussein, has been extremely helpful all along the way, from our initial contact with explanations of how everything works, to providing links to helpful tutorials and guiding me through setting up our first shipment. He has given clear answers to all questions, is easily accessible and is super friendly to boot.

eShipper is an extremely convenient and helpful shipping service.Our store's rep Ahmed Sabah always makes sure to check in if he hasn't heard from us in a little while. And if we do need help with something, he gives us the support we need.A great company with a wonderful team!

It was a learning curve getting set up with a 3PL, but now that we've been working with eShipper for about 7 months the process has become fantastic. Ahmed, our account manager, is incredibly attentive and understanding, and you can tell he truly cares about every one of his clients, big and small. That same mentality permeates throughout the business, from the CEO to the individual team members in the warehouse. Highly recommend eShipper as a 3PL partner.

This is our experience with eShipper and the support we at our organization received while setting up a mass shipment for Canada and USA. I worked with Feroz Mir - Head of Strategy and his team consisting of Sadia Mansoor and Priya Handa very closely to help with the shipping process.I was provided an Excel template with set fields to enter 'To' and 'From' information along with the package details that were required for Canada and USA shipments. Our organization populated the templates and we followed the rules for the template not to have any spaces in some of the specific columns. Once this was completed we passed on the templates to eShipper and we worked with Priya and Sadia to clean up any issues before putting it through eShipper as a batch shipment. Priya was my go to at this point and she was able to perfect the spreadsheet for batch shipment.Batch shipment means the data from the spreadsheet is imported into eShipper and generate shipping labels and invoices as needed. Once this batch has been successfully processed by eShipper then Priya worked to convert the labels and invoices into labels needed for shipping our packages.Once I received the PDF with the labels and invoices for customs all I had to do was print everything. Once printed they were now ready to place the labels and invoices on packages depending on where they were headed across North America.The entire process was streamless and simple allowing us as an organization to complete our mass shipment with complete ease.We as an organization strongly recommend eShipper to save money as well as their amazing backend support to simplify processes to send shipments anywhere in the world. We thank Feroz Mir, Sadia Mansoor, and Priya Handa with helping us accomplish a mass mail out with complete confidence and precision. It was my first experience with Atlantic international couriers. Wasn't too bad. My package got delayed, but NIKHIL GOENKA helped me to get my package . He has been very helpful in getting my courier right on time.
