I love training here. I had a hiatus of a few years and I'm glad to be back. Very safety focused and non-martial but still with spirited sparring. Sumo is great fun.

If you are looking for a club for your children, go and see Elmer. He is fantastic with kids, and will teach them mutual respect for others as well as themselves. Besides that he and the other Sensei's at the club are fantastic with both Adults and children
