the manager is a super disrespectful person the worker in the store applied the protector for me and had bubbles in it and the guy told me that the bubbles will go away however it kept on increasing and when i went to the store the manager told me im lying he removed the protector from my phone and then declined to apply it.A very disrespectful person make sure to not trust them and get a hundred percent guaranteed work before leaving the store.

Super fast turn-around time. A+ customer service. Very fair pricing. Had my Galaxy S20E repaired with a new screen after dropping it. Would definitely recommend these guys for any phone repairs.

I’ve been seeking assistance from this place way back to when we experience COVID 19. The owner has been great and very helpful. I come here for any electronics issues and when I need a part or a charger or a case for my cell or iPad, I come to see him. I even got an awesome removable cover for my Apple Watch, which are hard to find due to my difficult taste, lol he had some really nice matte covers. I visited this store to get my headphone jack repaired. The person working looked tired and bored. He told me it'll cost $95 to replace it and $30 to clean it. I showed him my phone and he took out his tools and started taking dust out of my phone. I didn't agree to any of that. I repeatedly told him I needed to go and that I wasn't paying for this. After spending 3 minutes on my phone He demanded I pay him the 30 dollars for nothing! He started yelling and pointing his finger in my face. I lost my temper and quickly put him back in his place. This disrespectful rude man yelled at the wrong person. He did nothing and the jack is still broken so I'm not sure why he got so angry. I will never return to this store again.

This a case of buyer beware. Brought an IPhone 7s in for battery replacement as well as an old IPad. Expectation was the phone and IPad would be returned in the same shape as brought in but with new batteries that hold a charge. The phone got a new battery and works fine. The iPad was returned with several functions no longer working, several hairline cracks in the screen and a battery that lasts less time then the original. What was disturbing was the store manager who did the service tried to blame me, the customer, with the iPad issues claiming since he didn’t check each function it could have been brought in not working. The iPad no longer accepts Touch ID or any accessory cable. It’s also now has several hairline cracks in the screen and the battery barely holds a charge for an hour. As a result I will need to buy a new iPad. After a argument with the manager I received a partial refund on the iPad work. This is a case of buyer beware as I should have set the expectation with the shop and had all the functions on the iPad documented along with what would happen should there be a service problem. If you are going to use Cell Tel for any service be sure you make it clear what you expect. Also get a receipt so you can hold them accountable. I was naive in thinking that third party servicing was going to be 100% reliable. My rating reflects the fact that the cell phone works fine but I had to argue strenuously to get any support or action on the iPad. It would have a higher rating if the store had just said they might have a problem replacing the iPad battery and taken ownership for the problem they created.
