Chauffage Envertek - Chauffage au gaz naturel

Very poor customer service experience with the lady on the phone. The owner told me that there would be no additional cost until they come to my place and give an invoice, either for taking a contract or for paying the full price. I would not recommend doing business with Gaz Metro Plus, as I believe they might be dishonest.

I called Energir (old GazMet) for a new tank. Envertek showed up. Great service, flexible scheduling, good products. After the hot water tank installation (natural gas), I then got them to install 2 heat pumps (thermopompes) that does cooling and heating to -20C!! Going on now for >6 months - no issues and saving tons! Keep up the good work Envertek!

Useless customer service and technicians! All they want to do is sell you a service or product and never take ownership of their faults. They always blame the customer. Furthermore, I discovered that the products they offer are 50% cheaper if you buy them at Home Depot, and they also have bad reviews. It seems like they know the products won't last, so they try to scam you by selling you new products that you have to pay for. Beware!

Called Gaz Metro, Envertek where the only people they suggested to change our hot water tank. The first contact was made very promptly, which was great. However, when they arrived for the appointment, they didn't arrive with the necessary water tank, nor did they have it in stock, quoting that the type of tank i have no longer exists AND the venting setup i had was not sufficient and tried to up-sell me on another model. This is not the case with our setup. They said the owner would call me back, he never did, i had to call him for further explanation, even then he had no answers and never called me back a second time. I would not recommend them as there are plenty of other companies available that are willing to work and be honest with customers.

Not a good company at all . Had a new furnaise and thermo pump installed 2 yrs ago . Its broke 2 x abd now a 3rd time and there is absolutely no service whatsoever ever . All you get is some irrelevant person answering the phone that has no information on when someone will call back . Has no clue what's going on with the company . My family is here boiling hot sick on the stomach and cant sleep because our new thermo pump is broken again ! You call these people and they dont know what's going on and no one has called us back it's been 6 days and no return call . We call every day. We are starting to get angry making arguments in our home. These people are liars cheaters and unprofeasional.Do not buy any of there products as they dont last very long and NO SERVICE WHATSO EVER ! They cant even tell you if or when someone will call and there is no emergency service either!! I feel to day to this company Go to Hell !!

Really glad I trusted Envertek with my project. They installed a new natural gas range connection, an outdoor BBQ and chemney connection. Jeremy is really competent and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone. They have the right experience for any HVAC job.

Fantastic company to deal with. Service is great and the owner has excellent knowledge and is obviously an expert in his field. They will go out of their way to ensure that you are satisfied. I highly recommend Envertek for your mechanical needs.

Firm arrived on time, prepared and everything needed to get the job doneperfect installation, Slight mess with removal of old hot water tank (Accidental) , they called cleaners while still on site, Cleaner did great job 5 Star rating for customer service

On Friday 20th of December, hot water completely stopped working; and our heating was working minimally. We were able to contact Energir on Monday (23rd of December) and they told us to contact Gas metro, who referred us to Jacques. Great service ! Spoke to him on the phone twice, providing him with the details he needed and he was courteous and very helpful. Gave us a trick to get our gas water heating tank working.Prior to getting this information, spoke with another private company who sent a representative and wanted to charge us $145 per hour and another $96 for any additional hours. After spending only 15 minutes left the house stating that we needed to get a new tank and the value going up to $3000 if it was electric and $5000 if it was natural gas (like the one we had). If we decided not to use their service, we still had to pay them the $145, not even prorating this fee to the actual15 minutes spent. I was very dissatisfied with that.Needless to say, we were very happy that Jacques could give us this information over phone, and without charging us anything at all. And our tank started working fine, of course, a change of tank will be necessary, but at least we didn’t need to dish out thousands of dollars two days before Christmas.
