So the *New T-Bones is on my way home from work, Super convenient!I decide to purchase my first meat pack, great deal! Packaged to my preference. Except they neglected to fulfill the substitution. I call, go back and not only get what I ordered, I get two New Yorks! Gorgeous store and Superior customer service!

this shop has saved dinner on more than one occasion! we definitely do the majority of our meals cooking at home together and this is the place we buy meat. so fresh and there’s a huge variety of products; from already-done meals to inspiration for your creative menu ideas. and the new location is great.. a one-stop shop!

I was very disappointed with my fresh turkey and T-Bones in West Kelowna. It cost me $82. It didn’t even feed four people. It was a 12 pound turkey but it didn’t have much meat on it at all, and it was tough. I will never buy a fresh turkey here again, and specifically when I could get a grade A frozen turkey at the supermarket for $25.

I would like to start by how blown away by the customer service I experienced here. The customer representative was quick and diligent in providing me with the request I made. The meat itself was well presented and easy to choose from. The place was clean and orderly. Finding what I wanted easy and stress free. Looking forward to many more visits to this establishment and enjoying both the great service and products available.

Stuffed mushrooms? Stuffed with bread a tiny bit of crab. Shouldn't it be creamy and juicy and idk. Crabby??Used to be good. Real good. But the last two orders have been dried bread cake in a mushroom.Please go back to the original way!
