Had a great experience from here. Advisor Aradhana was very helpful. It was my first time applying for a personal loan and she helped through the entire process and detailed how to handle the loan properly to reduce the interest charges. Will suggest this institution and Aradhana as the best financial advisor to contact if anyone needs.

Rishabh provided exceptional service. He went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. Rishabh helped my mother-in-law with her first time applying and the entire process was handled professionally. He also provided details on how to handle the loan properly to reduce the long term interest charges. Rishabh was kind, polite and friendly. I recommend that you ask for him by name if you want to be treated with respect and understanding.

One of the worst financial services services in Toronto, they will promise you that your application will be approved and they will access all your bank accounts. One of their staff Raman, in Kingston branch was very rude and hang up my call while doing the application. Please do not apply for this loan services. They are not here to help but to only frustrate you. The branch manager also hung up my call and even try to frustrate me even more. I hope you guys are well aware with this institution there services is one of the worst especially for this branch 2571 4543 Kingston Road Scarborough. Please save yourself from applying with this they will just waste your time.

Raman helped me out today ! I'm so grateful for the services that she provided. I highly recommend anybody in the area to come on by and see her ! She got me my loan approved even with my past history with my credit. Thank you so much Raman! You and your staff are absolutely awesome!!!

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Worst experience of my life. Please DO NOT GET A LOAN from these people. They prey on people. They make your life miserable. They are disorganized, dishonest , they harass you and they don’t care about you or helping you with your credit, in fact they worsen your credit. Do your research before hand. I hope this helps someone. This is your warning!

The service was great. Aradhana gave a me a complete and detailed understanding of the terms and conditions and also the benefits of having the insurance protection on the loan. She was quick in responding with the questions that i had and highly appreciate her customer service

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT! Get a loan from here. I got a 9k loan from here for an emergency and I had to pay 21k in the span of a year and change just to pay it off. It is legal robbery. I’m posting this review in hopes of someone seeing this and changing their mind. The interest rates are crazy. And they call you non-stop when you’re close to paying the loan off to see if you want an increase just to keep u back in the trap. Despite me saying please don’t call me again I still get calls . I had to block the number.Oh and one more thing. I only wanted a 2000$ loan, and they told me I was approved for 9k and I had to take that amount. Worst choice I ever made. Don’t fall for them. Pls.
