Highly recommend this company to meet all your mini concrete needs. Pick-up was right on time. We had an issue on-site and they dispatched someone to address the issue right away. We finished the project right on schedule.

We just used them for our stamped concrete project. The service was excellent right from the beginning. The driver that brought the concrete was fantastic and super friendly. We will definitely use them again for our concrete needs.

We had a pour lined up for 4pm yesterday afternoon, we tried calling the company at 4pm and again at 4:35pm, there’s was no answer either time. Voicemails were left, no phone calls returned. The trucks finally showed up at 4:50, just after it started raining at 4:45pm. So we had to cancel the pour. Upon phoning this morning to discuss what could be done. I was told nothing really could be done. I was told I would have to pay for the price of the concrete again but he would cover delivery. Then I find out from my bank that he tried to charge my credit card, twice in one day, each amount was for almost double the original cost. I highly recommend staying away from this company as they don’t run on time and don’t have good customer service.

Ordered a few weeks ago for a slab and retaining wall and honestly the customer service is fantastic and cement was very good. Very very convenient for smaller jobs around the home. The company came on time and it was pouring that day yet they still called to confirm about an hour or so prior to coming. Allan was great to talk to and the estimate he gave for the amount needed for my complicated shed was spot on. We were one man down at the time and Robert offered to assist wheeling the cement into the back, and Louis the next day pour was super helpful as I needed extra cement as we had decided to add more last minute. So he was spot on for the amount we needed to pick up for the remainder of the job. I honestly don't think it could get much better than that. Thank you to you guys! such a great company and I highly recommend it to anyone doing cement work around the home. Not to mention I did a few quotes and they were better priced then other cement companies.

Do not use this concrete. It is mixed with either iron or coal. Not even 2 months after the pour, there were multiple burn holes and chipping in the concrete. When confronted the company about it, they told me to send pictures and never heard back.

Their concrete is excellent and the customer service makes you want to keep going back! I highly recommend them for smaller projects.

I ordered some concrete for a new sidewalk extension and the customer service at the start was good. But when the concrete arrived and the guys (professional concrete workers/finishers) began working with it saw that it was soaked. It went from super wet to super hard (flashed). They had to keep working on it , it got super rocky and couldn't even broom it - teared the sand off. Awful concrete and the finish isn't that nice... what should have been a 2 hour job took 5 hours. When i called to complain, the man brushed me off and told me there was nothing he could do for me to appease the situation.I may not be a big client of theirs but I really don't feel my complaints were taken seriously nor do I feel appreciated as a customer.I wont recommend this company to anyone.
