Fantastic service in a very busy location. Two levels of patio as well as an indoor seating area, and caters to a wide range of ages in the evening.Service was too notch and their wait staff was on point with recommendations from food to drink, including a timely coffee when it got late.

Excellent party venue! We have celebrated two milestone birthdays in the space of five years, each time with 30 + guests. The most recent one was last Friday, and what a success! Thank you John and Catherine for your attentive service and providing us with an excellent space for our group. Party at the Pump - you will be well taken care of!

Had a late lunch here on the patio. It's dog friendly and staff make sure your dog gets water too!I had the steak sandwich with caesar salad. I found the sandwich to be a bit soggy, the sub bun wasn't toasted which I felt would make a big difference.Caesar salad was good, although it did have too much dressing.

The staff is very friendly and the food is served very fast. I loved this restaurant. The place is very large and they can host a lot of people. In the summer there is service available at the terrace. I had the basil pesto sandwich and my mom the rib eye steak sandwich. We both had soups on top of the sandwiches, and they were simply amazing. All the food we had was very tasty and rich. I would definitely come back for a beer in the summer or for another lunch anytime soon. I would recommend to anyone visiting the city.

Went on Saint Pat's. Very different atmosphere than usual. Only served drinks, but makes sense for the nature of the celebration.Biggest draw back is line cutters when at capacity, but that can't really be helped beyond their bouncers' lines of sight.Definitely better recommend trying it sans holiday celebrations, though, because it gets incredibly loud and incredibly packed.

Low ceilings but lots of variety in terms of food options and drink options. The place is very neat!Really like the multiple bar options around the place to allow for quicker service.

Kind waitress, attentive staff. Clean and warm atmosphere. Great food! The potato skins made me feel like I was back home in the maritimes. Good amount of variety! Definitely coming back again! Just be aware that it's downtown so parking is sparse.

First time here. The place was amazing! Atmosphere was great. Service was great. Now the food….Omg the best I have ate in a very long time. Highly recommend the Honey Mustard chicken wrap. Omg it was out of this world! Prices were very reasonable and definitely well worth the money! Thank you for a great experience.

Because of my experience in here, I am debating whether to ever eat out in Ottawa. The food was mediocre, burnt and cold chicken, the fries had to be sent back as they was cold. They couldn't even get the iced tea right as it was warm. The price was too high, the default minimum tip is 18%. Let me decide how much to tip based on the overall service. I will not be returning back ever.
