My visit in Early Feb 2023 has been by far the best experience I have had with Service Ontario in more than a decade. Line moved really quickly, the staffs were professional, and the process was smooth overall. Whatever changes they have made to management/policy to turn this from a dreadful visit to a delightful one is working (shoutout to Rania who helped us).

From the moment we walked in my daughter and I received exceptional service. First there was a very nice pleasant lady who checked us in by making sure we had a scheduled appointment. Then we had the pleasure of having Rania as our customer service representative whom by the way has the same name as my daughter. Rania exceeded our expectations and has an excellent work ethic. We were in and out in no time. Thank you for the amazing service. This is definitely a go to location.

Arrived 35 minutes before doors open at 9:00am. Fortunately able to secure a spot as walk-ins without an appointment (not aware to mandatory needing an appointment) with about 15 or so were allowed in to wait. For those not having an appointment were told to go away and get one online. Large Notices are displayed that you are no longer allowed to wait outside the office site due to the Landlord’s policy. You have been warned and don’t take a chance as “walk-in” and so waste your time. The service I received was very pleasant for renewal of Driver’s Licence, Health Card and 2-yr Sticker for plate though no actual physical sticker was handed over.

Renewing my health card was an absolutely delightful experience, largely due to the exceptional service provided by a remarkable employee named Rania. Her genuine and warm approach to assisting customers was truly outstanding. I had the privilege of observing her interact with two ladies who were ahead of me in line, and her friendly demeanor and attention to detail were noteworthy. Both ladies left the counter beaming with joy.When it was my turn, Rania greeted me with a welcoming smile and expertly handled my request with speed and efficiency. Her positive energy was contagious, and I left the counter feeling elated. I've been visiting the same office for years, but this experience was truly unique and pleasurable.I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Rania for her exceptional service. She has undoubtedly made a positive difference, and her efforts are truly appreciated.

Review for Service Ontario @ Skymark Plaza, Don Mills and Finch.One of the best experiences, as I went in to renew my Drivers Licence and Health Card. Had a booking, and was welcomed very warmly by the person by the door (apologies, did not catch her name). Very nice lady!And then had the opportunity to be served by Rania. What an exceptional service! She was professional, efficient and courteous as she processed my renewals in record time.She explained the process, executed the process and took time to explain what would happen next, and what to do for additional information.Would highly recommend this location and was delighted - thank you Rania.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the government-regulated workplace today. Despite the website clearly stating that walk-ins are allowed, I arrived promptly at 8 am, only to be met with utter disdain from the staff. At 9 am, a lady emerged and rather than politely informing us that standing outside was not permitted and appointments were required, she proceeded to yell at us, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and respect. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable in a government-regulated establishment.

My parents had an awesome experience at this location, as new immigrants to Canada, they were applying for Health Card and Ontario Photo Card, they had an appointment, and they were greeted very nice. At the counter level, they met with Rania, she was fantastic, she exercise her patience and knowledge to explain the process and gather all the documentation from my parents, my mum forgot her proof of address, they went back home to print it and they were able to see Rania again. They could have not ask for a better person than Rania, what a great customer service. Thanks for all your assistance with my parents today.

Today I visited Service due to that I lost my wallet which is included my health card, driving license, insurance and ownership of my car.I got an amazing efficient and professional ladies starting with Ms. Lilian who helped me over by checking if I have the documents which is needed in such a situation. Ms. Nadia who is gave me the greatest attitude to check out what is needed and she gave temporary license, temporary health card and done all the requirements of documentation.After I left I done. I remembered that I didn’t check for the ownership so I asked Lilian that I need to check about. So she helped me to fill out a request for that purpose. Then I met Ms. Rania who is a great smiling she fulfilled all my request. All the staff members are really friendly and, efficient and professional. It was been an amazing experience.

Rania provided exceptional customer service. She was kind, caring, friendly, positive and patient with my case. She thoroughly assisted me and make recommendations, such as renewing my license a head of time to save me from another trip back to Service Ontario. Rania sets the bar on how Service Ontario employees should assist the public. Thank you Rania...I hope they pay you very well for what you do and some more!

I went to there to renew my driver licence and print my driver licence history. The lady staff named Rania is awesome. She is very nice and have a warm smile. Helped me to take photo for my driver licence. The wait in line is a little bit long since I did not have appointment.
