Our hot water heater wasn't working properly and Reliance sent Dan Healey and his son, Jacob to fix it. Dan has been in the business for many years and his service was excellent. He and his son were professional; prompt, friendly and very good to deal with. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would definitely use them again.

I had an issue with my water heater and Dan & Jacob showed up on behalf of Reliance Home Comfort. They were punctual and both very polite, knowledgeable and willing to listen. They quickly diagnosed the issue based on the info I had given them and even offered extra advice regarding the issue. The whole thing took around 30 minutes or less I highly recommend Healey Electic Ltd.

We had them do a complete electrical inspection and replacement of ceiling fans as well as light fixtures. We would highly recommend them. They were punctual, courteous and extremely efficient. We had had a hot water tank issue, that Healey Electric went above and beyond to fix quickly and to be a long lasting solution. We are very happy with the 2 gentlemen that performed the fix, they were able to explain the problem very clearly and the work that needed to be done. We would highly recommend their services.

Healey Electric came to our cottage to replace an improperly wired AC system that Reliance installed. Dan was very professional from the start and very prompt with follow-up texts. I had my Water Heater replaced recently by Dan and his son as part of service request with Reliance. They confirmed before coming in and performed the work very neatly. As they diagnosed and replaced the heater, Dan and Jacob were very supportive in explaining what was the issue and details on how does a water heater internally operates and things to look for periodically. We had a hot water tank replaced by Dan and his son today. They were very friendly and respectful of our flooring and rolled out a mat to walk on while removing the old tank. Prompt reply to our service call made the experience that much better. They did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend them as your go to company. (They even liked my dog!! )

I would highly recommend Dan and his team! We called Reliance Home Comfort looking for a new hot water tank. They sent Dan and his team at Healey Electric. They arrived in a timely fashion, despite a long drive from Port Hope to our home in Ajax. They were running a bit behind time but called and let us know, well in advance, which I always appreciate when ur given a 4 hour window for a serviceman to show up! They were extremely friendly and professional. Dan took the time out to explain the new water heater to my husband and ensure he was happy with the installation. Not only did they adhere to all PPE guidelines, they covered the whole entrance way and the stairs leading to the basement with a special carpet and made sure they cleaned everything up before leaving. It takes alot to impress my husband but these guys did! I would not hesitate to call Dan and his team at Healey Electric again in the future and I'd def recommend them to friends and family. Dan Healey and his crew of electricians are great deal with. They did a little panel replacement job for my condo recently. It was right on time and on quote. From the initial phone call, permit, & payment handling, on through to his install crew, all were clean, courteous and efficient. Excellent work, and I would gladly recommend them for any electrical work.
