Festival Tent & Party Rentals

I got married a few weeks ago and rented plates and silverware from here. I was managing everything remotely and had no issues dealing with anyone. It was easy to get a quotation and then finalize the order and coordinate with them about pick up drop-off. I worked with Shannon and she was really nice to work with. I would recommend them!

We recently had a wedding party that required the rental of a tent, chairs and port a johns. We contacted festival and first ordered the port a johns and later added the tent and tables over the phone. 2 weeks before the event, we called to confirm and they had no record of the additional tent and tables and informed us that no tables were available for our date. In a panic we kept our tent and port a john order and placed a separate order with The Party Rental Company (who were great). We considered (and now regret not) going with the second company for all of our needs but were concerned that we would lose the original deposit with Festival.Two days before the event the tent and toilets were delivered. The tent had a large brown spot on it and I asked the crew about this. They told us that hosing it down would take care of it. An hour of using the power washer did not affect the spot at all, however it did take some of the mold from the underside off the tent. We had ordered the higher end toilets with sinks and were astonished how banged up and dirty they were. The paper towels were being held in place by a clothes hanger.I called Festival to express my displeasure and asked if somehow we had ordered a lower level toilet but we were assured that they were the best they had. Not having toilets was not an option, so returning them was out of the question. When I mentioned the dirty tent they somehow managed to find some better toilets that they said they would swap out for us. I advised that I would not be available the next day to clean the toilets and was guaranteed that they would be ready to go.Upon our arrival on the day of the event, the new toilets were there and looked exactly like the old toilets. For the first hour of my arrival on the day of my wedding party I was scrubbing and spraying these toilets in an attempt to improve them.Later, I checked our other vendor's website and saw that if we had used them, it would have saved us 150$ (more than the deposit we were afraid of losing). A call to Festival was less than corrective. They do not price match and because I did not call back on the day of my event, they were reluctant to give me any discount. In they end, they knocked down the total so that our final price was only $100 more expensive than the other vendor.If you have lots of money and are writing off your event and don't care about the cleanliness of the product, go with Festival. Otherwise, keep looking. I wish we had.

We used Festival Tents for our wedding in Leamington Ontario in August 2022. They have absolutely everything needed in terms of rentals for a backyard wedding! They supplied our tables, chairs, table cloths, champagne flutes, dance floor, sound system, bussing bins and of course tents. We had 3 tents setup on the property, but the reception tent was absolutely gorgeous! A large clear top tent that fit all 90 of our guests for a seated meal and dancing! The service they provided was amazing, as the night before the wedding a huge thunderstorm went through and busted two panels of the clear top tent. We called them first thing in the morning and they rushed over to fix the panels and made it look good as new!

These guys are great. I rented some tables and they would have delivered, but I picked them up because I needed them earlier. The guys put them in my vehicle for me and when I returned them, they were standing there ready to take them out. A very good company in my opinion.

The staff at Festival are friendly and hopefully making your party experience easy and awesome. All the staff at Festival are the best in the business.

What ever you do… don’t go with them. They are horrible company, they lie and nickel and dime you for everything.Plus there was a lipstick stain on one of the glasses…. Do they really clean them? Guests were horrified.Party rentals all the way ! They help and are awesome to their customers.

Worst customer service ever. Will not work with you and your concerns at all.

Shannon did an awesome helping out with last minute rentals! It was so seamless and easy. Thank you again and we will definitely use again for our next event.
