I worked with Porter Rentals to manage rental of my furnished home while away for several months. Porter was able to secure us a full-term tenant within a couple weeks of listing and managed the entire process for us seamlessly. Dalton was fantastic to work with - responsive, professional and very knowledgeable about the rental market. He was always happy to answer any questions we had and to provide guidance as required. I felt like we were in really good hands and it was wonderful having the entire rental experience taken care of on our behalf.

Excellent property management group, I had the please of being assigned Dalton as my property manager and he went above and beyond his duties.Very accommodating, always answering quickly all days of the week and ensuring our unit was operating at all times. Overall excellent customer service.would recommend
