This is a tiny little space but they manage to have basically everything I need for my pet. They are well stocked and well organized with a great variety. Sure, if you head over to the Mondou on on Beaumont (which is 4 times the size, at least), you will probably find more larger items (cat scratching poles & trees, cat boxes, dog beds, etc.) and a few more specialty items (decorated dog cookies, for example), but you really can't go wrong in any of their stores. And I find the staff is always friendly and easygoing. The parking is a bit tricky there as the crowds from Marché Jean-Talon can make things tough, but there is free, 15-minute parking on Casgrain - check the hours posted.

The staff if friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. However, the last time I was there they seemed understaffed. There was one staff person on the floor and 4 of us trying to get service. The staff person was focusing on one client, which is fine but she did not realize many customers were waiting. I think they need to hire more people to ensure that customers are taken care of faster.

It's a 50/50 shot sometimes you'll have great service and friendly sensible & helpful advice and suggestions..Sometimes you'll have unsolicited condescending misinformed advice about the quantity & quality of food you're buying (even though you've had the recommendations of your pets vet)...Depends who's behind the cash.I no longer ask questions to the staff unless it's specific people I've had a good customer experience with.

The salesperson was very helpful and tried to understand what I needed. I have been going to this store near Jean Talon market for years and I have always been satisfied. Their new location is bigger and has many products and free services. Great place to buy everything you need for your furry friend.

Nice and clean pet store, has huge tubes of tennis balls.A little bit hard to park especially if you’re carrying a huge bag of dog food but it’s In the market so what do you expect.Way bigger than the old location it’s beside!Helpful staff!
