My basement drain hole has a backup. It is a chronic problem. I remember I had called a plumber before, he did unclogged my sewerage in no time.But i forgot which company I called. So I got into the internet @nd tried to find the one I had used.I did not find it. But I recalled the guy told me to pu some crystal drain into the sink once in a while.To make a sto4y short, I end up calling Crystal Drain. Roman came right on time. Before he came I negotiated with the lady in the office who gave me a senior price. Roman came, he put the camera into the drain up to 96 ft. All the solidified grease stones were revealed. Couple of pushes, the block was cleared. He also found the second drain hole in my house. Good man everything was clearly explained . No upsales no pressure. It is excellent job. Thank you.

We were connected to James from Crystal Drain when we sent out a request for an emergency plumbing call on a Sunday morning. We were trepidatious that the service call would be really pricey and instead we were really delighted by his friendly, earnest, honest approach. He quickly identified, fixed and discussed our issue and even dashed off to get the part we needed. He was persistent and even though there were many Road blocks along the way to clear my kitchen sink drainage he didn't give up. He tracked the pipe to the exact location in basement and cleared it with minimum hole in my finished basement roof.I found Crystal Drian rates very competitive also. Called 3 other plumbing companies for the same job and they were the most reasonable.Would definitely call Crystal Drian again for my plumbing needs!
