Not only did Nathan come to our rescue after our first repair company ghosted us for 6 months (after taking parts), he was able to diagnosis why the problem occurred in the first place (Improper installation by Bunz THB Electric) and fix that too. PMG kept us in the loop when ordering parts and a time line to get our generator back on it's feet. If you need a repair - if you need a generator - I would recommend PMG Generators without any hesitation. Excellent customer service - top notch service technicians - reasonable price - they the whole package you are looking for.

Terrible. We made a 7000 dollar deposit for a 24 kg generator in December 2021. We were told generator would be installed in August. February 2023 still nothing. Rarely returned calls. Reported to BBB. All kinds of excuses, loss of employees..Refund cheque bounced. Finally got refund in cash. Would never recommend.

Honest, professional and knows what he’s doing. No nonsense up-selling what you don’t need. Makes it a super easy transition to get into a back-up generator with lots of options or features depending on what you need or want. I appreciate it’s a small business so low overhead and great response and personal customer service.

If you want a generator delivered and in a timely manner, this is not the company to provide that. Our experience was a couple of years ago but we have recently heard that it is still happening today, so thought it relevant to share our experience.After 15 months of false updates, missed promises and ghosting our multiple emails, phone calls and texts and many sleepless nights, we finally did receive our $6,400 deposit back in full. It took persistent follow-up and face to face confrontation, something we should not have to do as the customer.So, a word to the wise. Do a thorough due diligence for both the supplier/installer and manufacturer before parting with your money. The reviews are really enlightening.Older and wiser.
