I usually come here to purchase my shoes for work, after meeting Courtney she’s made my shopping SO much easier. Very kind and funny! This girl deserves 6 stars!

Went on a Friday just before 6pm and doors were closed with a note saying they'll be back after 30min break (lights were still on and I saw some employees inside). I shopped around mall for over an hour and came back. Lights were off, no employees in sight, note was still there, but store was clearly closed for the night. I guess the employees wanted to go out on a Friday instead of working until close.

Great service and the employees were so sweet! Bought my convocation shoes here and absolutely love them!!

I had the worst and most horrible experience at this store. I made a preorder online a couple months ago and I went in to the store with my mom to return the item and the cashier said she couldn’t return it because it was over the return policy, I explained to her that I never received the product and I showed her proof of the email showing when the item got delivered to my house. Another girl working there came out of nowhere and started raising her voice at my mom and I, talking so rudely, picking a flight for no reason saying it’s not our problem you can’t return it and to go call customer service. She threatened to call security on us just for explaining the situation to the cashier? I was in complete shock from the way she was just blew up and was speaking. Instead of explaining to us nicely, she thought that was the appropriate and right way to approach us. Her name was Cassandra or Courtney. Be aware. I don’t understand how this girl even has a job there while talking to customers in that type of tone. Why work in retail if you don’t have proper communication skills. The most terrible service and absolutely disrespectful young lady that does not know how to talk to or treat others. I called customer service and explained to the woman on what happened and she told us that they take their complains very seriously and the manager would email or call us back and it’s been two weeks and still no response. So apparently they do not take their complains seriously so I’m confused how this store is even still open. If I am able to I would give this store 0 stars for sure, I would 100% avoid going to this place, they do not deserve the business at all and I am definitely never coming here again.

Excellent service! Very helpful and they have the cutest shoes!Had to edit my review because the sales person told me the shoes I wanted were not on sale. I bought them regular price and tried them on at home and there is a sale sticker on the bottom with the price $20 less than what I paid! I feel like I just got scammed.

Maddy is amazing sales representative. She helped me find the best pair of shoes according to my needs and she is so sweet . Will recommend to my friends also.
