Amazing delivery service, have received so many deliveries from them without any problems. Exceptional loading experience - we had a delivery for custom displays which were delivered exactly where we needed them and with no problems. I’ve have multiple experiences like this one with them, and never had a concern. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering their options, this company will be your best bet!!

Red truck T39 was blocking my way and I was waiting from more than 30 minutes and when he come didn’t gave me the way to back up at dock. He was very rude with and racist. I was waiting to deliver my load from more than 1 hour and he comes after me and want to deliver the load fist and receiving company was waiting for me. He was talking on phone( not on headphone ). I talk with his company but the didn’t do any thing they are not serious with people safety and other drivers. Seriously one of the worst people I have seen in my trucking experience.

The yard is very clean, the drivers are very well experienced and professional , and the overall service is impeccable . I would definitely do more business with C.W Henderson and I would also definitely recommend this to people who are looking to distribute anything from retail needs to frozen food goods! Overall, a 10/10 service, and a very professional and reliable staff members!

Driver showed up to my workplace with a delivery. Refused to help us move the product around from his truck and terrible attitude. His inaction took two of my coworkers away from their jobs for over a half hour. Not acceptable. Told us to take it up with dispatch. I've taken down license plates and the numbers on his truck and will be filing a formal complaint.EDIT: found out that drivers are not expected to shunt skids around from truck trailer so we can unload with our forklift. I would not recommend for companies requiring multiple skid delivery. Considering contacting MTO as their driver told us that he had a bad leg and couldn't move skids around the back of his truck bed. If he can't move skids, I wonder if he's able to safely drive a full-sized truck with air brakes.Second edit: yes, 26 skids that we were expecting to unload via our forklift as with most of our deliveries.Unfortunately unlike other companies, your driver demanded we get in the back of the trailer and move the skids around ourselves.I also never received an email response as to whether there is insurance to cover any injuries to coworkers while in the back of your company's truck.He also hit our garbage bin on the way out and dragged it from its footing.100% would advise against using this company for large quantity deliveries

DO NOT USE!!!!! We had a 110 pound delivery dropped off at our dock. Driver complained of foot problems to dock staff and could not bring it to the room specified on the delivery receipt and just took off. Our department has no dolly nor steel toe shoes. I spent 45 mins getting it myself when I should have been working at my actual job, not supplementing a poor delivery company. I just don't get it. I order a pizza to my house, it comes to my door. The delivery guy does not call from a block away and say come get it". I called to complain and was hung up on. The second time I called I spoke to a nice lady who said she would follow up and get back to me. She never did. We have heavy equipment delivered to us almost daily and have never had any major issues. Avoid this company because we sure will."

The driver of the company don’t have manners of talking to other. They start quarrelling even on their own mistake.
