I've been there only for eyebrow threading, they do it the same day and threader is friendly and does her job pretty good. However, it seems as though every time I walk in I have to wait for 2-10 minutes for anyone to come to the front desk and ask how they can help. I've been there for threading three times in the past two weeks (with no service cuz threader wasn't in) only to find out yesterday the one and only Steinbach eyebrow threader only works one day a week for like half a day . It baffles me there's only this place that has a threader in all of Steinbach, but to only have her working one shift a week. I get she might have another job she works during the week and that's fine but I've completely lost hope in getting my eyebrows threaded in town here . Fortunately I am going to Winnipeg today

Manicure and pedicure are done by Brooke, she is so artistic I never leave with ugly nails, I’m always happy with the quality of her work. Shelly is my go to for hair because my schedule doesn’t allow me to visit Tracy. Both those ladies are amazing at what they do. It’s always a good time. Phoenix is the place to go to get pampered. They all appreciate their clients.

Based on my interaction with the woman working at the salon on December 19, I would not recommend this hair salon. I inquired as to the charges for a cut and dry, however my question was not answered. Instead, I was asked how long my hair is, and then was informed that she was completely booked for the evening and wouldn't be able to do it anyway. Poor customer service

Natalya got my colour/highlights just right! Very conscious of my desired outcome with a pleasing final result…I highly recommend her colouring (and cut/styling) services.

HONEST staff! I went in to get highlights in my very dark brown hair and Shelly said that the bleach would damage my hair and I wouldn't get the result that I wanted. She could have easily made $100+ dollars by doing my hair but chose to be honest and advise that I don't go forward with the bleaching. Love the genuine care for her clients she gives.

I went to this salon to look and purchase jewelry. There were 2 personele working on hair and they saw me waiting there but no one even so much as said, hello, or I'll be with you shortly.. so I left after a while, figured they were busy and went to Sobeys. I came back to have a second go at it and same thing no one awknowleged me or made even the slightest attempt to assist. As someone that works in customer service this is the worst type of service. Sure you may be busy but at least make an attempt to let the customer know you're aware and will be of assistance in such a time frame.Will not go back.

Done different then told. I don't have much time to do my hair to look nice.and don't like to complain.was trying this salon because of the many 5 stars. 3 time not happy with hair cuts (from different places ) I wanna have finally a nice result. Price seems little high, for not quite getting what I wanted.

Friendly staff. I called on a Saturday to try and get in, unfortunately they weren’t able to accommodate me but that’s on me. Will definitely keep them in mind.
