Decent place to pop in and grab some drinks. The drinks arent all amazing (some are too watered down, etc.) but there are pretty tasty ones. Service is alright, nothing to really note. Interior is clean

Went on a weekday afternoon and there were a couple people already inside. The layout of the store is very simple and no indoor seating. Staff were patient and did not rush ordering. Ordered a medium matcha latte and the order was made after a short wait. With only two (new) staff it was a little slow but nothing outrageous. Drink quality is good and the matcha latte had a strong matcha flavour.

Happy to have a milk tea place in the area. CoCo is always consistent in making the beverages and I never waited too long for a walk-in order. I love their milk tea ever since. So happy to see sago in the menu :)

Avoid their lemon or any sour flavoured teas. They usually end up making it too bitter and overall ruins the taste of tea.

New store, very clean. Looks like they are still figuring things out, as the staff ignored me for several minutes even though the store was completely empty... Taste wise, the bubble tea was good and up to CoCo's standards. Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought the amount of toppings was less than expected compared to the amount given at other CoCo locations.

Ordered pickup via DD. I stopped by 20 minutes after ordering and they didn't even start preparing my order and they didn't look busy what so ever. I think 25 minutes to make two drinks is ridiculous.

Clean location and modern interior. It wasn’t busy at all. Quick service with 3 people working when we went on Sat evening. Limited seating available, so it is more of a take out place. There is a washroom available. Good sized parking lot for the plaza.

Always enjoy Coco, probably one of our favorite place to get BBT as they are consistent with their pearls. Nice clean facilities, staff seem very nice! Never have anything bad to say about Coco. Definitely recommend getting some BBteas from here!

Okay, this is going to sound extremely petty, but I recently went to get a few drinks there, and I was disappointed by the service I received. When my order was ready, I wasn't given or offered a bag. I've been to CoCo's plenty of times before, and they have always provided me with a bag without asking. So, I politely asked if I could have a bag, but they informed me that it would cost 25 cents. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal at all if they had mentioned the charge during the ordering process. However, I felt a bit insulted when I was the only customer in the store being charged for a bag while everyone else received one without asking or paying.Edit: Thanks for getting back to me, I appreciate the prompt response!I visited your store on May 29 around 9:00 PM. While waiting in line, I noticed that previous customers didn't mention bags during their orders, yet they received them without any additional charge. This made me wonder why I was the only exception.
