Long story, short. Was quoted total of $40.00 for sharpening of 4 brush chipper blades. Went to pick them up and owner told me that he never gave me a quote, and now wanted $200.00. ?!??!! He is still holding my blades hostage to this day, since I obviously refuse to pay this outrageous amount. Further details can be found on Better Business Bureau website (if still interested).
