Called to let them know they forgot to heat up my “hot pressed sandwich”. I was simply interested in informing the staff about the issue and they instantly started blaming me for not confirming that I wanted the sandwich heated up, that I should call door dash instead as they are not affiliated with them. Basically, I was surprised by the amount of attitude I received from just wanting to make them aware of a very small issue. The woman on the phone told me not to call again- which I obviously will not.

Picked up a Too Good To Go bag from Terra Breads and was very happy with the variety (which included a French Loaf)! Despite the items being a day old, they were still quite moist. Service was prompt and we loved how they itemized what's in the bag, no guessing involved! Our favourite item was the Almond Croissant, which was flaky and generously topped with almonds. Also enjoyed the Parmesan Chive Buttermilk Scone (mislabeled as focaccia) for its savory flavour. Would come back in the future!

Arrived at 11:50 not even a sandwich in the case. The sandwich choices have notChanged in over 20 years. They afford you no flexibility to change bread or avoid a spicy mayonaise due to diet issues.Convenient for my office but goingto stop going.Only two types of cold drinks and coffeesStaff is reasonable not happy people but polite. Management should know this. Also they need to see that their lack of bounty feels like they are closing as even quantity of availability of bread was scarceAnd looks like they are closing upWon’t go back they don’t afford their clients any changes at all in bread or spicy sauces. Old fashioned to take this attitude. Also $13.50 a sandwich. hmmmm

Friendly service and good pastries. I used the Too Good to Go app to get my surprise bag from Terra Breads, which included a nice assortment of pastries for the price, plus a big loaf of white sourdough. The staff even wrote down all the items on a card so I didn't have to guess (this very rarely happens when you buy from other Too Good To Good stores). The only item I didn't care for was the grape bread, which I found a bit dry (but I am not a fan of focaccia anyway).

What has happened to this little star of a place? Went in this morning to get a breakfast sandwich and ornary sales associate said the sandwiches were not ready. They MAY be ready at 8:30. When i said i would wait - in a large space with chairs and tables - he invited" me to wait outside. Do yourself a favor and go to Pure Bread or Elysian - both down the street. Better food and definitely more helpful staff."

Food is nice and tasty and obviously fresh. Staff is always nice and warm and the place is always clean. I guess we’d like the see the pastry selection change a bit or some new additions added. Great place either way.

Very disappointed with the bread. The bread used to be fabulous, but now always lots of large holes in the bread. Tried again today from Granville market - Sourdough levain - same - huge air holes in the entire loaf. Problem with quality control. Would love to know what management is doing regarding this in quality control?

i want to like the food here as is close to office, reasonably priced, and nice patio but food quality always not great. Today sandwich of cold scrambled eggs with melted cheese on top, how does that even happen? won't be back!
