Concordia Physio Sport - Côte-des-Neiges

I came here on reference from friends who had been treated a year before. Although the physio (Shawn) was very knowledgeable and did help with postural issues, my main issue was left a little in the dark. This first appointment took an hour and much attention was given to finding the cause of pain. I was left with exercises for homework.I arranged a follow up appointment which took all but 30 minutes and cost a hundred dollars. This was a very quick version of the first appointment at 90% the cost. I cannot say the value was there for that kind of money. Apparently this is different from how the practice was previously run. Maybe your experience will be a more pleasant one. Personally I was left disappointed.

Not sure but recently talk repeatably with a lady, I believe secretary or receptionist need to be fired........just black spot on healthcare system...not co-operative...does not deserve job in heath care system anywhere... One of the Receptionist need to be polite and smiley.. People are coming at the clinic when they have any problem with health, so they can be more comfortable if they will greet and guided well. I was very uncomfortable when they didn't talk/guide seniors very well particularly with immigrant, felt kind of racism...Doctor was good.

Absolute worst receptionist at that clinic. The worst I have seen and heard!!! Looking for a medical note ....that this woman treated me like a low life! All the while the Dr. Who will remain nameless for now left a piece of a broken instrument in my knee. Abosulte disgrace!!!!

I have chronic back and knee problems. I bounced around between clinics for years looking for a way to relive the pain and limitations I was dealing with. My doctor, who is also being treated at this clinic, referred me. I’m so glad he did. My condition has greatly improved and I am much more active than I used to be.The best health clinic I've been to. Friendly reception and great and knowledgeable health professionals. I highly recommend this clinic.

Terrible experience. The receptionist was extremely rude and degrading. She did not listen to my concerns or questions and would continuously place me on hold to avoid speaking to me. Super unprofessional would not recommend.

After seeing the other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who has incurred the wrath of a receptionist here.I arrived at 6:55 for my 7am appointment, and what followed was one of the most bizarre and unsettling experiences I've had with a healthcare professional.I opened the door, and told the person behind the desk I had an appointment at 7 with Shawn. The attitude started immediately.Have you even been here before?" she asked

My elderly Mom was a patient of Shawn Smith's for several years. He is an extraordinarily talented and efficient Osteopath. His patience and technical knowledge enabled her to retain maximum mobility and coordination as she aged and dealt with a compromising illness. His bedside" manner was also exceptional. He was always encouraging and focused on maximizing each and every session. Over the years my family has recommended him to many friends and family members

Great clinic, competent and passionate staff. Beyond thorough amd great clinical manner.The bathroom looks unclean, like it hasnt been cleaned in months. The building manager is probably at fault the lobby was filthy

Shawn Smith is amazing ! The whole family goes to him with our aches. He has worked on our shoulders, necks, lower backs, knees. I would still be suffering from daily back pain if not for Shawn. He is our go to guy and we think the world of him.The staff is professional, kind, caring, courteous and helpful. Can't say enough good things.Highly recommend !!!

All I can say is WOW! This clinic is one of the best in city. Such a warm and caring environment. My physiotherapist Nelson has given me my mobility back. He is caring, and compassionate and definitely goes the extra mile. Shout out to the front desk ladies - PJ and Heather, they are great! Hard working and very patient, and very accommodating to find me the best appointment times.
