I purchased a nose pin from them and tried to open the screw to wear it but it never allows then I visit back to them and they said we don’t know why it’s not letting you unscrew it. We can’t help with this at all .I spent $90 plus tax and he offered $10 . So much terrible behaviour, they behave very good for selling but incase of any problem they are rude to customers.I will Never recommend anybody to visit on such a unkind and disrespectful place ever.

location is ok. parking is available in front of the store. i like customer service. woman was polite and had positive attitude towards business.

I was looking for some good anklets for my wife for anniversary gift and i went to this shop they talk alot like they have good products but actually what they’ve got is only worst quality product. When i went to take anklets owner said i can change or return also if i dont like but within few hours my wife put them on they were broken down. Went back to shop to change them or to show what happened. The owner said we dont know about that it’s quality we get from india, if u are not sure about quality then dont sell it cz i just wasted money for the thing that had no use for me worst quality product dont recommended at all.

Worst shop ever!!!! Plz don’t buy anything from this shop… owner charged higher price for gold jewellery but if it breaks down there is no guarantee for that. I buy two gold bangles for $2100 just two months ago n it breaks down so badly. When i visit the shop the owner said there is no guarantee that it will be fixed nicely. He offered us $1500 if we like to sold our bangles to him. Like seriously??!! I spent so much for that n he is offering us such amount… very much disappointed from this shop n felt like he makes us fool!!!WILL NEVER EVER VISIT THIS SHOP…If you buy anything set in your mind you will come back to shop for sure to return or fix he will offer you half price for your thing and he will start explaining its came from Dubai and he will charge you shipping, receiving, taxes and insurance. So please make gold from somewhere else.

i bought a silver chain for myself for 550 $ ,when i went back to return it after 1 month they said it is worth 150$ now , i understand price can drop 100 or 200 dollars , i checked with other jewellers in town they said they sell these for 350 dollars , not recommended at all

NEVER GO THERE , THEY ARE NOT JWELLERS THEY ARE ROBBERS .I wish i could give zero star to them, Very bad service they are greedy people they charged us 550 dollars for silver chain and i got 400 dollar worth light weight gold chain from different place, the quality is very bad even worse is the service , they just charge according to them and keep exploiting other people money and time.

Awesome collection and service. The quality of the gold is better than other places. Must visit for jewelry shoppers. Impressed by the shine of the gold compared to my gold chain bought from another store. Overall great!

Horrible customer service. The lady at the store lied to us about the price. The quality of the item is horrible n not worth the price. They literally faught with us and used obnoxious language. Would not recommend this place to anyone at all. The item v asked was a simple toe rings of silver. It was a pair and they took 35$ from us for it. The lady told us on the 1st day that it would not be more than 20$ for a pair. They are literally horrible in their service. They also took a week for the simple and plain toe rings.Pathetic experience over all.The ratings cheated us. I think it's all fake. But I do not want any other person to go through what I did.Completely disappointed with your work and service *kohinoor jwellers*

Long story short...they sized my ring to the WRONG size and obviously didn't resize it or give me my money back.NOT associated with People's jewelers as we had originally been led to believe.Avoid this place and save yourself some headache and money!!
