My friend and I made an appointment. The owner is a lovely, friendly and very knowledgeable woman. She doesn’t need a tape measure, she just really knows her stuff! The prices were very reasonable for good quality bras. I will definitely go back!

I had an appointment to get a custom fitting to pick up a few bras, and the ladies at VCL are wonderful! I was assisted right away, I was able to specify exactly what I was looking for, and my wonderful expert Sophie helped me for over an hour to find exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Sophie, and Victoria Classic Lingerie, for getting me the first bra that hasn't ached to wear for hours!

Not happy at all went for a bra fitting and tried on 3 bras and was sent on my way felt like I was getting rushed was in and out in 15 mins and walked out more confused about my bra size then before walking in NEVER AGAIN almost 300 dollars later

I went here for a professional fitting. I booked an appointment through email. Booking an appointment was easy but not super fast. It probably would have been better if I had phone during store hours. The fitting was great. It was super professional and I ended up with much more comfortable bras than I have previously had.They were also very patient with my 4 year old which was wonderful.

I went to Victoria Classic Lingerie with my mind made up as to brand and size. That didn't exactly work out for me and was encouraged to try a different brand and size. I love my new bra and will buy more! Thank you Bev for your patience and expertise.

Really great bra fitting experience today with Kimberly. She literally knew my bra size just by looking at me and gave me great fitting tips for when I'm bra shopping on my own. Great selection of fun prints/colors and reasonable prices too. I will definitely be back!

Victoria Classic Lingerie is hands down my favourite place to bra shop in Victoria— Shannon, not Doug, although he does appreciate that I shop there too! Of course there are the obvious reasons why this shop is awesome, great styles, wide selection to choose from, a really clean and inviting atmosphere and located on the 1100 block of Fort street which means…. Hello Parking! Nothing will stop of from shopping at a store faster than having to circle the block 10 X just for the pleasure of plunking $5 in the meter and hope it’s enough. So the fact that there is plenty of FREE street parking available is a super added bonus.So now that we’ve got all the regular review items out of the way, let’s talk about what makes this store so special and why all women should shop there…. It’s a store for real women with real bodies. Let’s face it girls, bra shopping starts out fun but it can end in a puddle of tears in the change room and a camera roll of badly shot selfies. (Yes we bra shop with our friends when they’re not even there)The staff are really friendly, comfortable to be around, knowledgeable and crazy helpful. They don’t sell you the bra you want; they sell you the bra that you need. And trust me I have been there plenty of times and I want a specific bra because it’s pretty. They have literally told me no. It won’t fit properly, there won’t be enough support ect… I, of course try it on anyway and if it’s not the way it goes but they’re right! They measure you properly and assist you on fitting and adjusting.Now let’s talk price. These aren’t Lasenza prices, but then again it’s also not cheap bra quality. You get what you pay for girls. These bras are higher in price, around $60 and up, although there are plenty that you can get on sale, but they last for a couple of years. If washed properly they don’t distort or sag.Apart from bras they also have little sexy outfits and even some dresses.It’s well worth a stroll up Fort Street and a browse through Victoria Classic Lingerie.

First time visiting, will definitely be back. Even though I showed up without an appointment (my bad!!) they were sooo accommodating and helpful. They have a good size range and I was really happy with the options I was able to get. The folks working there were very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful and didn’t try to force me into anything.

Update: The service at this store is unmatched. Personal fittings are given and the ladies will spend as much time as it takes with one to find the perfect fit. The ladies are knowledgeable, patient, and very kind. There is a huge selection and if something is not available it can be ordered in. There are bras, underwear, slips, robes, pajamas, and other lingerie related items. The ladies here really demystify a confusing and bewildering process when it comes to shopping for brassiers.Every time I have been to the store, the service has been superb. They have quite a wide selection of sizes, including ones that are more difficult to find at conventional lingerie stores. They also have pajamas, cover-ups, and robes. They can order in sizes. The employees are all excellent at knowing when lingerie fits properly and helping with sizing. If you are looking for real silk, they have some items that are pure silk.

Had a lovely experience. Appointments are recommend since covid, but it was so easy to book. Also, Guess I’m more picky than I thought, but still found the perfect piece, and they’re even custom ordering (and shipping to me) in a different colour.Super small shop with a ton of styles, and attentive staff :) wish I lived here so I could return more often
