I bought the Market Canopy from Impact in the spring of 2021. Unfortunately, the straps broke on the bag within the first summer. I was able to reach out to them and they quickly replaced the bag with a sturdy deluxe model.I am beyond grateful for their customer service. There was an issue and they resolved it promptly. I recommend to anyone not sure if this is the right place to get a canopy, to look no further. They will look after you well and stand by their products.

Impact tents have been great to deal with. Always helpful and honest company. Our film company have purchased around 100 aluminum frame tents. All them have been great quality.

I bought an Impact canopy May 21. Third time using it, it rained and the canopy collapsed bending the frame. Incredibly cheaply made.Impact customer service said it was not covered due to inclement weather aka rain. In the lower mainland of BC? Seriously? Why are they selling their product without a warning that it can't handle rain?If I could give this product negative stars I would.Nothing in the description says to not use it in the rain!

Great quality and durable tent/canopy. As a seasoned market seller I often advise buying the most quality canopy you can as flimsy ones from other brands will not hold up to the rigors of market use. People who complain that canopies do not hold up in the rain must know...they are canopies designed to keep sun and rain off a vendor but not used overnight in inclement weather. Having said that I did keep one up over patio furniture over the past winter successfully as it is a strong model. Opt for the best model you can buy and you'll be happy.

JILL - “ Warehouse manager “ one of the most disrespectful, authoritative type of personality’s you can meet.First day of work she turns to myself and says “ the only reason I work here is because my brother owns the company, if he didn’t, you really think I’d be working here ““ If your late any day of the week, your documents will be thrown to the trash “ Then proceeds to not pay me for almost 3 weeks. After I quit, she calls me just to laugh in my face, stating “ I know you want to be an actor one day, you’ll never make it “If you’re reading reviews. This is your sign to stray FAR away!! Omg! I just called to speak with someone about a situation on a canopy gone wrong. The women (Jill) was over the top RUDE...and had the worst tone ever! Yes, it's Monday Morning - but is that an excuse. I was asking for a particular person and she was quick to advise that person was not in the office. Well

Exceptional in their mediocrity, tremendous in their ability to steal the time of small businesses and their employees because of poor communication, repeated mistakes, and outright not caring about you or your problem with their easily broken cheap products. Incredibly efficient at avoiding, denying, and refusing.So floored at their abundance of ineptitude. Do not use their products or services.

I ordered a tent and table runner custom done and shipped to me in calgary. The representative Jarred was awesome and not only did it arrive on time, it arrived a day early even though we had a time frame of less then a week to get our custom design. Can't thank them enough!!!
