Rude manager, unhelpful, selling merchandises with defect. Brand new umbrella was broken and she refused to exchanged it. That’s what you get for shopping at a cheap store that hires people with no experience or education.

Just left. 12 people lined up to cash out. 7 women were behind the counter: 2 working, 3 chatting in a circle, 1 on her phone, and one avoiding the counter at all cost, saying out loud “do I even need to be here?” do you understand how many people are looking for jobs right now that would actually love to work for your company and this is what you are doing in regards to staff.

Very quiet place and you can find many things available compared with other busy homesense, the ppl was very nice and the store clean and organized all the time

The store sells damaged lamps without putting labels stating the condition. This lamp was scuffed in multiple places and I paid full price and was walking out the store when I noticed it. Upon bringing it to the attention of the staff they agreed to return but rudely refused to add any indication on the lamp about the damage. Upon asking if it is okay to leave a google review I was told to do “whatever”. As a long time customer of homesense / winners this was not to my taste.Sandra - a little bit of training will go long way in making the store staff more courteous. As for your sales practices I’ll let users Decide for themselves to shop here or not. Please check your stuff before you leave

Favorite place for shopping home decor, furniture and specialty items. Always getting in new stock. Most items are well priced. Stores are well organized and always clean. Many locations throughout Canada.

Super cute and they have an enormous variety. Just way too expensive but I think you can find what you're looking for 80% of the time. Checkout is a bit slow but they take care to package your items so that makes sense.

First time having a terrible customer service experience at a homesense location. I asked to put a large mirror aside because it doesn’t fit in the cart and I wasn’t done shopping, their associate refused to help me because they’re “closed” at 5PM when they close at 6PM! When I shared this with their manager she didn’t really care. I’ve never seen a store kick customers out over an hour before closing, horrible customer service and will never shop at this location.

Excellent customer service experience from Sara! Very dedicated, friendly and helpful when trying to find a product! Made the shopping and purchasing very smooth and enjoyable :)

It was an emergency and I needed a gift card and I was worried where I should go. Thankfully homesense was not too far and they opened exactly at 9:30 AM. So anyone with an emergency can trist this store
