Incredible experience from the moment you call in with your concerns. This was my first time bringing in my Honda SUV not to the dealership and was very pleased by the top notch service by all who work at Precise - Mary, Mateo and all the hard working mechanics. Oil change was preformed promptly. Had a ride into work and picked up on time! Decided to bring the SUV in the following week and received outstanding service again - Mary found great prices on my tires. Mateo offers up really good cappuccinos. All the staff are kind, honest and hard working. Thank you again for everything!

Going to a mechanic as a woman can be intimidating but the entire team at Precise Car Service made me feel welcome and at ease. Excellent work and super friendly service right from the moment you walk in the door. I trust them enough to refer all of my family and friends here. My husband put his window down and then it would not go back up. It was freezing out! We found Precise Car Service on our way home. They took a look right away and lo and behold, they hit the button and the window went up. Not sure why it would not work when we brought it in but we all laughed about it. Joe, Mary and their staff were so nice and accommodating and sent us on our way at no charge after checking the issue and making sure it was in good working order. Would highly recommend Precise Car Service!!

Great first experience with the service of my wife's vehicle.Went above and beyond expectations. Oil change and wheel swap. Received a little key tab that will be punched for oil changes. 5th will be free. Nice little touch.For being a private shop they offered shuttle service. Then for shuttle back to shop it changed to we will drop off your vehicle. I understand at peak times this service may not be available but its appreciated.Wheels for storage have had same plastic covers. When I offloaded my wife's winter wheels I noticed new plastic was wrapped around wheels. Again another unexpected little touch.Thanks for the service. Will be back again.

The best auto service experience I had so far. They are super friendly and nice people. Jo fixed my car within a few hours with a reasonable price. When my ca was ready, they came picked me up and even when I forgot my phone at the place I stayed in, they took me back to get my phone and again drove me to their shop cause I was not familiar with the area.No body does these kind of nice things anymore!Anyway, if you live in Hamilton area, I definitely recommend them for anything even only for a cup of coffee and talk!

The Best place to have your car fixed. Make good coffee (cappuccino & espresso)too. My car is 20 years old and runs quiet and smooth. The owners and staff they are so nice. Always make you feel welcomed. You won't regret bringing your car here.
